I agree, would really love to see Viking Conquest for console!

Blocking works just fine. It's hard, but it works. It could be fine tuned for sure, but the basic principle and control method for defence is solid.

I've tries voice commands but after "Everyone... everyone... EVERYONE... E V E R Y O N E.... EVERYONE?" I gave up. It works sometimes, but haven't found the exact tone of voice they respond to.

Also setting waypoints for commands is not possible with the voice commands, so prefer the old method.

LOL who said you have the right to get a platinium trophy?

Playing as a female character is harder, so why should anyone get platinum for picking the easy option.

Oh never mind.

Forgot that I think the trophy system is silly and that I don't really care. Have enjoyed my games for years without ever looking at a single trophy. ?

I agree. Compared to the ****e DLC many developers have offered, the VC and NW look brilliant. I don't know what the price should be but I'd be very happy to pay £10 for each. I would actually feel 100% good giving my money away for once

Played a few hours on the 64 player siege server. It was brilliant and felt much better than 32 players. Everything about siege was better, more balanced, better offence/defence. Just YES!

I know the PC crowd may be used to mods of all types, but personally I am enjoying vanilla a lot.

I would love to see Viking Conquest and some of the multiplayer elements added in like decapitation.

But for me vanilla is awesome and it's the most fun I have had in years. I know a lot of people who went into this with very low expectations because it's a old looking game, but they have been blown away. The game runs very well in single player and with 64 player multiplayer. For someone without prior Warband experience I must say this game is absolutely brilliant and amazing fun. I would have paid full price for this game, because it is better than every AAA title I have bought so far on my PS4. When I say better, I don't mean graphics of course. I am referring to fun, how the game sucks me in and how much I want to play it. Warband beats every other game I have bought on the PS4 (with Chivalry being a close second, but the port of that game was not very good).


Consoles need this kind of games, so very happy with this release.

Can we just get an official announcement? Does the game have built in voice chat and if so... does it not work?

Had anyone else heard ingame voice chat? Would be great for 32 player siege teams, where parties of 8 just won't be good enough.

I've just played it. I have lost almost everything several times. I don't see that as a bad thing.

But having an option, if you just want to build your empire without risk, is a good thing.

Personally I really want Viking Conquest the most. On PC I understand multiplayer is seperate, but would be nice for console if they could somehow make it the same application. Either just update multiplayer in general or make some servers Viking Conquest and some vanilla.

Yeah an option in the options to set the camera slightly dufter back would be great because sometimes it's hard to parry when your character model hides the attack direction.

Sounds great! 64 players for siege works well and for battle, I think the timer puts a good limit on wait time. Duels and TDM are fine with 32 players though.

It may be because it takes a while to write the words using a controller

If you mean ingame voice chat, I didn't know the game had that feature.

I would love to see Viking Conquest as DLC. Release the campaign as DLC and the multiplayer as a free update to our current multiplayer (if it is better that is )

I don't know how it looked from the developer side, but I enjoyed the 64 player server and it ran well. Two people in my party had some lag, but my ping was rock steady at 28. I don't know about frame rate, but I did not notice any drop when we had an almost full server.

I would love a server with as many players as possible and then just use a random large battle map. That could be fun.
