    What do you mean by "1-click installment services"? If you mean mod install, then no. We install mods by request and we do that as fast as possible.
    You can customize your server however you like, as long as you don't change the number of slots that you bought.
    You can use FTP client like FileZilla to add mods your self (or maps) or you can request from the support staff to do that for you.

    For now we hold over 70 M&B servers and I can say that until now we had only 2 clients that were not happy with the service. The rest had only positive things to say about our service.
