There are over 1.5 million game IDs for Napoleonic Wars alone, yet you never see more then 12,000 people playing warband on steam, no more then 5,000 playing multiplayer overall and never more then 3,000 playing NW and I'm the ignorant dumbass? Maybe if people weren't ignorant **** who can't obey a simple ruleset and not be trolling little **** who try and ruin anything they don't agree with, we wouldn't have perma-banned hardly anyone and let alone have to temp-ban so many people who then assumed we perma-banned them yet couldn't count to **** 5 or 2 depending on the two different rule sets for Bot Commanders our server has had.

Even at the **** best this game ever saw with 30,000+ playing Warband and 8,000-12,000+ for multiplayer there is no way in heck we have banned everyone even if every single person actually joined our server and come the 3rd of November this year, we'll have been at it for 4 years, pretty **** sure you can't have **** banned a whole community or even half and **** exist that long. Just go and look at the servers who came before or since who folded, gave up or had to combine with other groups just to keep themselves around.

Day by day less people are playing, just look at the **** server list, **** servers with 10 players or less, at the top of the list, during prime time hours nowadays? Guess everyone must have quit the game cause we banned them and every other server is too **** to play on.

I'm going to break it down for you barney-style.  People usually only want to play on a server that has other people on it, which means that it's up to the first few dedicated people to join the server and get the ball rolling so that more will join.  You banned most of those people, so now the only people who sit in your server when it's empty are the admins, while the people you banned get their fix on competing servers and draw the population there.  Yes, less people have been playing Warband overall as it ages, but is that really why your server died so hard? I think if you look deep down, confront the facts, and stop cussing for a half second you could discover something important about yourself.

I again set myself the example here. Read the rules gave me a silent perm ban, probably gave a made up reason to the other players that knew me for ages after I was gone from the server or none at all, I shall never know.

You make yourself appear as the Saint here but it's pointless. I did exactly that. I did support your claims on all the things you would say for ages and the fact that you are Saint, and "blameless".

I came to the forums here and made 2 to 3 posts here asking like a normal human being for an explanation. Unlike others I never started calling you names. And what did you do? You pissed on my kind and friendly attitude. You started calling me names unprovoked like "*****" and "moron". All the posts I made, like this one were all completely intelligible. And you either responded with a one line insult or pretended I didn't exist.
And it's not just me, I noticed you only respond to the people you think you have an answer to. Like the ones that swear at you. You only know how to swear talk it seems.

Been around for 3 years & 4 months + counting. Obviously doing something somewhat right.

Maybe those "poor buggers" should become "literate" and obey a few simple rules that are SHOWN the moment they join the server or can be seen ANYTIME with ESC + Show Game Rules.

Yet, it stands, almost ALL our bans in 3+ years have been temp-bans for people NOT reading the rules, mainly doing with the commander limit. Its the very few people perma-banned, who cry the most that makes many others think they are perma-banned.

I was Perm-banned without warning and i wrote an entire paragraph and put effort in trying to explain my situation to aid you better into making better judgement. And all you said was that i'm a "Whiny ***** that *****es about everything". How is a person gonna interpret that kind of response explain? from an admin I thought he had common sense and respected and talked often with him in-game. That is why i bothered spending time in-real life making a report about it because i was acting on that belief.

I dont even know why I was banned I was the 5th person on the attacking team and I was breaking a barrier to let the bots through and I was temp banned.

Sorry mate, if its perm ban you will never get unbanned. Not surprised you didn't notice the ban, since now they love to ban in a blink of an eye. I was gonna write a reply a long time ago to what harvain is doing on this thread, but i had more life pressing issues to attend to than to his personal psychopathic tendencies. However i really felt sorry for what you said, and i wanted to inform you that none of the people that commented on this thread ever got unbanned simply because they cannot.
To find an individual and unban him from the server files is no easy process. And these "people" have banned so many thousands of players the past couple years, i even feel surprised sometimes why taleworlds hasn't taken them to court for banning such a large portion of their game's mp community, which would greatly affect as a potential loss in revenue and market expansion.
In other words they will never find your name now even if they wanted to, as you are a drop in the ocean now amongst the other drops. Just go to other servers, and remember not to catch much attention in chat and challenge their totalitarianism. For people who get perm bans, it is 99% likely because you said something in chat, even though admins might deny it to you afterwards. Although even that is not true, when i got banned there was a person i saw getting perm banned for absolute no reason, and he didn't even type in chat at all and i even saw a guy getting insta-perm ban from two admins simultaneously for complaining for what they did straight after.
Unfortunately NW is in a state of decline now. All the old servers with the old admins and the old standard formal rules have shut down, as they have moved on with their lives. So all with we have left in the Siege section, is an oligopoly of 2 or 3 servers run by the admins who have no life, and play with the perm ban admin tool like a toy to pass the time. Don't worry though, if you are a new player, have faith. Maybe someday out of all this, someone may decide to make his own server like the old 33rd or 84e and all will be welcome. Just consider yourself lucky you have a life unlike them. I know you will miss the 15th, because of its amazing work, but remember its likely even that it is run now by people who are not even the creators of this great work. Who knows, banning you from their server might be the biggest favor they could have done to you, so you may take it as a blessing. That is how all the thousands take it who never bother to reply again anyways.

Your English insults me more than anything, to be honest. Also, you got banned not by me, so at the time the other admin believed you were an extra commander. Anyone who is on the attackers with more than 5 are at fault, as the MAIN warning IS in the Game Rules. Whether you choose to read them and obey them is another question.

It was only a temp-ban, so it's up to you whether or not you play on the server again. But, keep in mind, we've been admining this server for over 3 years, we have MILLIONS of temp-bans for people not obeying the few simple rules. I've banned some people, the same IDs, hundreds of times because they either dont care about the rules or dont read them. That's why we dont constantly warn anymore about 5 commanders max. Illiterates who dont read are to be purged.

Well, I think you enjoy your monopoly of the only populated HvB server, and people won't leave it just because you ban others, people never think of others, but lots of us just don't like the way you enforce your rules.
3 years is enough time to make scripts preventing people from join an already full attackers team, and when you are in combat, it's hard to always press TAB and see if there are of if there aren't too many commanders. It's frustrating that you risk to be banned just because you joined attackers. It's frustrating to have to give your spot to someone else just because he joined as a sixth member and you don't want to get banned.
3  also years seem to be enough time to code something that controls the bots automatically.
Also you are the first online community I know with totally no way to be unbanned if you get banned once, even if by mistake.
