so i got this quest that i gotta leave a letter to the king of west seaxe but when i do it he says talk to my brother but when i talk to his brother i dont get any option to do with a letter, so i was thinking that i might need better relations with the kingdom of west seaxe but idk how to.

so im a part of the kingdom of friese but i want to leave, so how do i do it? i tried to talk with the king but i didnt get the option to do it

So apparently i have sworn my sword to the king of Friese, and i want to break that and bond it to the king of Denmark. My friends say i can just talk to the king and say i want to break my bonds with you but i dont have that option, help please.
