  1. Resolved Can Not Leave Player Kingdom

Yes you cannot leave your own kingdom right now at least. If you made your own kingdom that's it your locked to it forever.
  2. Cannot complete "Eliminate Northern Empire" (they have 0 towns, castles, or armies)

Yeah if they have nothing left the only way to get rid of them I think at the moment is to either wait for them to die, or to execute their remaining lords.
  3. Are you executing the Lords?

I tried it once, The world got very lonely after I was done.
  4. What happened to Co-op?

They made it work in Stellaris, It works great, you can start, pause or speed up. True the game doesn't feature Battles you can take part in personally but it works.
  5. I got roguery to 150 and tried to do the great bandit horde so you don't have to (1.5.4)

Yeah it's really hard to make units disband other then over limit party so I think that perk is about an un implemented mechanic, like maybe bandit troops have a % to disband without it. Or it's another case of the fake perks that will sit there looking pretty for 6 month and be replaced by something else that does effect the game.

Only things that are less effort can be cheese. The default way of playing (recruit troops and ram them into enemies, repeat) is the cheesiest way to play the game. Anything that you spend more time on to prepare then that isn't chees. It could be an exploit but many exploits are much harder to do then standard game play.
WHaaat kind of cheese are you making man? running around and recruiting troops?... no no... Thats not how you do it. Your way to important to personally run around and recruit troops, that's what you have your family members for... now that they even spawn with 30 soldiers ripe for plucking you can easily get them to replenish you aaaany time you need. Riding around village to village is a thing way of the past.

And once your done with them kick them off, let them run home and replenish a brand new army for you again and again. Automating your recruiting needs. That's a cheese worth making.

With the +1 Party Perk now in play, you can have one extra family member leading a party and fulfill your demands. And if you need to fight something tough you call upon them at anytime 0 influence spent. Perfection.

Your family members even pay you Excess gold they make for selling prisoners.... aah the benefits of family.
  6. Resolved Armies and Lords taking all consumables from towns

I've always taken advantage of the fact that you can buy grain for like 6D per unit in some places and sell it for over 20 in starving cities.
  7. Resolved Beta 1.5.5 Cannot take fiefs with you when you tell a lord to release you of your duty

Attack a weak castle, if you got it yourself as a vassal you can take out the defenders, except the natural garrison. Speed attack it with a big army. If you clan tier is at least 4 you should be able to take either one of your own or a recently captured one. Once you have it, immediately form your own kingdom. Use your family members for buffer armies and unless its in a good position, abandon the castle. Now with a 600+ army with your family members, you should be able to defeat just about any castle given it haven't had unnatural high growth. And build from there. Declare peace if you must and take time to build up your influence. Pick Kingdom perks to help you like Royal guard +40 or 60 Party size for The king (You) And + 15 members for clan leaders (ALso you) And you can easily lead a 300 man squad. You may have to have some big coffers before this but, once you do, you can still very much form your own kingdom from scratch.

With a new personal perk, you can have 4 extra armies in your clan, +1 from the three earlier meaning your brother all siblings and your wife can lead armies.

If you still struggle you can always reduce difficulty if you aren't already playing on a easier one. On the easiest difficulty your army, unless they glitch heavily should be able to smash just about any other army easily.
  8. Resolved Beta 1.5.5 Faction Leader grants you all fiefs that have been conquered

Well, its not pointless per say, you can use them to generate income until the moment "IF" you decide to form your own kingdom. and you can always remove the whole garrison and stack them somewhere else, make yourself king and conquer a weakened defensive position.
  9. Resolved Interrupting Raid Causes Relationship Loss

Yeah i've noticed this too happens a lot. Also causes relationship loss if you declare peace while someone is raiding your villages.
  10. Resolved Clans almost immediately leave my Kingdom when I persuade them over.

Weirdly enough i've never had issues with them defecting. And I got a bunch of clans, even had some earlier with -71 relationship and they still stuck around.
  11. Resolved bugs (add)

Sometimes you will not get the fiefs thought without the skill to trade fiefs. But if you do you should pick their fiefs if you want them. Also if you have a lot of fiefs yourself you can use them to buy lords and get a huge rep boost while your at it.
  12. 1.5.5 Lords escape prison to fast!?

Yeah it seems they escape a lot faster than before from castles etc. Thought remember they will instantly escape if you ransom prisoners while lords are in your party for some reason.
  13. Resolved Unit spawn bug

Yeah I think this is known when you use any other assigned roles than the auto assigned ones.
  14. Buff the spear and pikes!

Oh you so sitting on a ladder and one shot people from an distance doesnt count ? Also i didnt knew glaive had more mass in steel then an axe. Thought more mass more impact but im prob wrong what i read about physics

    Yeah its super op xD
  15. In Progress [1.5.5] Raganvad has no boots

Guess he didn't want his boots to get dirty fighting in a tournament.
  16. Buff the spear and pikes!

I mean if you use a polearm that can swing, you basically have a super long two handed weapon that one shot stuff, it may get stuck everywhere in castles during sieges but everywhere else its super powerful.
  17. Buff the spear and pikes!

I see no issues with spears and polearms as they are now. You just need more precision and skill when using them over most other melee weapons that you can just swing.

Pro tip: Aim for the head. Also.

  18. Army running out of food

Honestly at this point I believe they should get rid of the food mechanic for Armies and Towns, keep it for player only as for the ai it serves no other purpose than drain them of troops.
  19. Clan parties going over max troops and desertions

It usually happens if you fight armies that have prisoners, ai will pick up the extra recruits if they can even if they go over limit.
  20. What am I doing wrong ?

Yeah if your a vassal already you should play defensive to start, join armies with your allies and let them lead if your unsure. Because of the huge advantage you give everyone on easiest 1/3 damage taken your army can usually beat anything as long as you fight manually.
