    well, I have already recruited 3 Sturgians clans and have 4 mercenary clans running around and cleaning looters and other stuff. If a clan created in a way this mod gives a chance will stay forever 1 person only, then I don't see the point.

    Enjoying roleplaying as I do in these types of games, I also like this aspect to reward my companions who have done well throughout the game. It's also a nice way to offload some Fiefs so I'm not managing 20+ at a time.

    It adds to the game, but I'm sure the devs will create some better offical system for this in the future.

    If only it allowed their newly formed clans to be dynamic, grow by recruiting their own companions, starting their own families, leveling up clan tiers, ect.

    Otherwise you might as well just use the increase companions and party number mod.

    If the AI Lords add people to their parties, I don't see why this one would not. Do they?

    Resolved Unable to give companions equipment if they have their own party

    You are unable to provide new equipment to a companion once they have been given their own party. I'd expect to be able to speak to a companion if they're in the same town as me, and have a dialogue option to give them new items. You are still able to manually allocate their skills, so I assume its intended that you can continue to manage their equipment also.

    I agree this should be a feature, but it's just not implemented right now. It's not a bug, just not there.

    I think more party roles will make things much more interesting; especially if there are more roles than party members. You'd have to pick and choose what perks to get.

    Anyone had any luck with companions in battle?

    Most that ive found had like 150+ in their combat stats but I havent found any that had usefull non-combat skills.

    They get an occasional kill here or there but its not like they are mowing down the enemy army single handedly....

    I tend to scour the encyclopedia and look at each companions stats, then choose who I want to seek out and recruit. That ensures that I have a good Surgeon, Scout, Engineer, and Quartermaster. I'll usually grab a Surgeon and Quartermaster out of the gate along with two combat companions, then collect the others at Tier 3 clan.

    Deliver the Herd quests and choosing not to complete them

    I picked up a deliver the herd quest which had 10 horses (I forget the type, but they were not pack animals). I decided I was not going to complete the quest because the value of keeping the horses was worth more. I know I can go to quest person and tell them I am keeping the herd, but if I choose to let the timer run out I should also keep the herd. Why do they magically disappear from my inventory? Now I have a negative reputation and no horses.
    If the timer runs out, the herd will leave you. There is an option when you turn the quest in to keep the herd. I've never done this. I'm not sure what happens.

    Can't click the "make peace" button in the diplomacy screen

    There seems to be a bit of AI diplomacy going on, though. I've had my player kingdom declare war on other factions without me even going into battle. Not sure what's going on, but the diplomacy isn't integrated for players yet.

    Seen a few posts on Reddit now about this, seems there's no way to go back and create the kingdom once you've shared it or waited too long after restoring the banner :/ Atleast not yet anyways.

    Not without using the Developer Console enabled through a mod. Even doing that, it's glitched a bit.

    With Update e1.0.8, they addressed the companions getting stuck in party creation. However, I still have that party stuck inside the castle. I will attempt to reproduce the problem with the new patch and report back.

    The easy answer is that player kingdoms are still glitchy and not really implemented at this point. We've seen influence for player kingdoms even go into the negatives sometimes.

    If you could provide screenshots and such, though, it may help the devs look into this when the time comes around.

    Allow multiple weapon setups when starting mounted/dismounted

    My suggestion is to add in saddles with saddle bags that allow you to access 1-2 more weapon slots while on, or near your own horse that can only hold 1 handed weapons or ammunition.

    I mean that's more than realistic. Also seeing as we have this janky skill system that basically forces you to level every weapon type for passive bonuses, and just to keep leveling at all, might as well let us bring more with us.

    I like this solution. I like this game because of it's close relationship to realism. If we want to carry more weapons, there needs to be an explainable way to do it. I wouldn't like to just start pulling weapons out of my ass because it makes the game easier.

    Feedback on Sieges

    So, luckily the auto-save is from right before the battle. As it turns out you're right, if I click on the attackers rather than the city, I get the option to fight them on the field. I still stand by the sentiment that it would be cool to join a siege mid battle, but I'm glad this is possible.
    Glad I could help with that. Yeah, I think being able to assist in a siege defense could be improved.

    Taleworlds has done a great job keeping some historical accuracy in the lore and equipments. Realistically, it would have been hard to break through attackers to help defend a castle, as they would have mostly surrounded it. In some cases, like large cities, maybe if we approached from the non-seige side, we could attempt to evade the attackers with a chance of fail?

    Feedback on Sieges

    I noticed this too when a city was being besieged. Another thing I noticed was when I attempted to help out, I only had the option to join the defenders by sacrificing what was approximately half my troops (~40 out of 80), a lot of which were noble troops I had been saving up. These were randomly killed. The losses from that were much worse than from the siege battle itself, and will take a long time to recuperate. I wonder if this is part of the reason the nobles choose not to help, but I can't say.

    Ideally, it would have been a lot better and thematic if I could have helped to relieve the siege from the outside of the city, but as part of the city siege, in a massive battle with two fronts. This makes sense, and would be much more epic; like the battle of Helm's Deep from Lord of the Rings, when Gandalf and the riders come along.

    Isn't there an option to click on the attacking force instead of the castle? What you described sounds like the castle options, but I've been able to fight the armies outside the gates (and the militia actually joins the battle too!)

    To my knowledge, there is no way of forming your own kingdom without going through the main story line or unlocking the dev console with a mod.

    This also goes for if you create your kingdom through the main quest, then leave it. You can't remake it without dev console.

    I'm honestly not sure where I got it from, but I found a crossbow in my inventory a few days ago, along with bolts.

    Summary: Upon party creation, Thasyna the Wanderer's party became stuck in my castle, Usanc Castle. They were not stuck inside the castle per the UI, but actually physically stuck in the castle walls from the map. I troubleshooted this a few times, and I found that I was able to delete the party...

    Need More Info Lords stuck out of map boundaries

    I have something similar, but mine are stuck inside my castles. This is also one of my parties that doesn't work disbanding.
