All right lads, I solved the problem.

I followed every single of what was proposed there. The software dependencies have not solved anything. However, my game start functioning after deleting the mentioned file. I hope it might help some of you.
Please notice that despite having a quite good config, I do suffer from critical fps drop and performance issue.

I just hope they are right but I think so because we saw(maybe only me) a video one year before with a dude wich is called Mikael Yazbeck who say'd that they're working on new textures  for M&B 2^^

It's easy to know that you sale this game to all the MM3 russia communities and some new players and those one are more than the player of russia3
So 10$ there,10£ there and it's fine.

Just because this is called "Dictature" if you like it do it yourself.Everyone can have his personnal mind!You don't like it it's your opinion.This subject is interesting to,it's important to see what the player are thinking about this dlc.

First: i think that the idea about not making any factions anymore is just ridiculous !How many people bought this game to see the development of a game by modders!Vince you are going to be like the great "games industries"!We want more factions,more features.You earn a lot of money with this game and now you are just telling us that you 'll do nothing about this game in the future  !Do you remember when the dlc was not released ? You sayd that "Nothing is impossible"
Today you say the exact oposite of that!
Second:I completely agree about the idea of adding the Ottoman Empire but much more later because they are more important faction to came out first like Italy;Spain and the Duchy of Warsaw.But same affirmation than my first stuff it will happen only if Vince want to so ... !

I voted for poland and sweden.Poland was not really existing too.It was called the Duchy of Warsaw and the duchy's territory was not all poland but only a part.

My opinion is for me I like both games but MM was better just about the profesionalism of the players and the largest veteran comnunity.
The graphics are now better in NW and we've got a lot of new people so it's quite good too because you can get a lot of recruits.
Even if the game is more balanced I believe that the old MM players like me who played the mod by the beggining are a bit confused when they are killed or teamkilled by Noobs ^^.In MM it's was something that rarely happen!
But all dev team just continue in this way,you did a great job !
