    I think you may have given your Alpha Squad package away with that key, assuming it was tied to it. But then another part of the FAQ says they'll just grant your account access to the beta without sending you a key at all, so I'm not sure what's up with that.

    It's alright, I was already in the beta when I purchased the Alpha Squad package.

    The e-mail I received said this:

    We are granting you a bonus key for your best fellow soldier to use so they can join you on the battlefield. As you know, this epic fight is not for the faint of heart, so choose wisely!
