They are expensive but not as useful as other faction's highest rank soldiers. I never use them but i will hire one each and put them garrison the castle.
I do the same to all other useless soldier types such as caravan master, brigand etc. Keep one only in the castle.

The sword sisters with crossbow still don't draw sword when they enter the battlefield. They are from my original 1.003 save.

Could anyone help me? This problem keeps occuring in every battle I fight.

Here's another case. I made some screenshots that probably shows the problem more clearly.

1. My colleague Lord Starmar was fighting with Lord Tonju of Khergit. 91 vs 94 men.

2. I had 50 men available to help Lord Stamar.

3. I supposed we would have 141 men to fight with their 94 men. But strangely no, we had 69 men vs 94 men only.

4. A screenshot when the first battle just began. I had 16 men in the field while Lord Stamar had 21. The enemy had 43. Lord Stamar was in the screen too. It shows that Stamar and his troops were fighting in the battle but the number of our troops in the field was abnormally too few.

5. Battle won. The relation with Lord Starmar increased from 35 to 43. It shows that Stamar was already a friend of mine before I join the battle.


So, the number of troops fighting is wrong not because my tactics level is low, not because Lord Stamar is not friendly to me. It should be a bug... that makes me in trouble. I don't know how to seize enemies' castle/town without enough soldiers.

參戰方是我方白色的本隊，61人中有12個傷兵，49人能參戰
我方紅色的Lord Stamar，128人全部能參戰
敵方青色的Lord Etrosq，77人全部能參戰

正常應該是我方177人對抗敵方77人，可是卻變成只有50人對抗77人。

我之前有對native mod作出過以下的修改
1. 在item_kinds1.txt更改過巨盔Great Helmet和翼盔Winged Great Helmet的數值
2. 為了修正Dhirim的siege tower bug，有人在trigger.txt新增了一個trigger，把攻城塔檔樓梯用。我下載了這個trigger.txt覆蓋原檔。
3. 之後在這個論壇找到有修正Dhirim城牆場景的補丁，下載了scn_town_16_walls.sco覆蓋原檔。

I've experienced a problem when I have allies together against the enemy's parties. The counting of total number of friendly troops is wrong. It counts only the number of my own troops, plus 1 troop of my ally (he should have 128 troops instead). Here shows the screenshot.


This problem exists everywhere in the map. All my allies forces cannot be count properly. This makes me unable to siege the castles with heavy guards. I can have very few soldiers joining the battle only, no matter how many allies lords I brought to combat.
