I'm sure this has been put up before, but I cant see it, so I'm posting it again to make sure. When you level up you get 10 points to put into weapons. Only it doesn't work that way. At low levels you sometimes get 2 steps increase for 1 point, and at high levels you get maybe 1-3 steps...
