    Seriously though. It's all about practice. Next time you are lancing, try to release your mouse button a few moments earlier than usual, it takes quite a while to thrust with a lance, especially the greater ones.

    Multiplayer Archery is officially dead.

    Just because they fixed a bug doesn't mean archery is dead. A bow is very dangerous in the right hands. I don't think many skilled bowmen used that bug often, I know I didn't.

    As it is, there's almost no down side to choosing the heaviest outfit you could find.

    I choose light armor quite often in fact.

    But not when you are the sieger?

    Holding onto a lord will stop him from raising armies for his faction, and if you're main goal is to eliminate it, then holding him will be worth it. Also, they'll ask for ransom more than once.
