    Hmmm.. it just keeps going back to 150 max each time I fight a battle...  Is there something special I have to do to make it work?

    I just wanted to say that of all of the mods I've used on mount and blade, this one is by far the most satisfying and fun to play.  Thank you for putting the time and effort into this.

  5. One shot, one kill OR better arrows

    The only One-shot, one-kill mod I can find CTDs during game startup.  Anyone know of another, more recent one? How about making arrows more powerful...is there a mod for that or is there an easy way I can tweak it myself? Thanks in advance

    Apparently you can leave the Vaegir killing to the Vaegirs themselves!

    I had just merged my code with Von one, everything compiled fine, it looked like the game was starting normally.
    I sent the code to Kuba and continued my test...

    When I noticed that after a dozen of days a group of Vaegir lords were sieging a Vaegir castle defended by their king.

    I am loving this mod so far.  Particularly, being Catholic, I love having Francis of Assisi in my party!  I had no idea there were so many historical characters and I was very excited and happy when I ran into one of my favorite Saints in a bar in Italy.  What a suprise!  I appreciate the sensitivity and respect with which his character and story were treated.  Francis aside, the rest of the mod is great also.  Having to trek across the HUGE map and between mountains to lead cows from a Roman village to Paris is great.  I usually am impatient, but the length it takes in this mod helps the realism feeling, like you are embarking on a big, long adventure.

    Anyway, thanks for the great mod and I look forward to any updates in the future.

    Nevermind.  One hour and Fifteen minutes later and I'm at 99%.  Might as well simply wait for the last percent!  Very excited to try this mod!

    Can you give English Knights a side arm like a sword or axe, and maybe shield?  The knights perform great on horse, but when beseiging a castle they stink because they are trying to swing their huge polearms around in close-quarters combat, and also they are cut to peices by arrows cause no shield.  Any way to add a sidearm or sheild or make another English Cavalry unit that is comprable in performance on horseback but has sword/axe and shield
