I'm more into the idea that nanites could be into body improving it in the inside. Improving my nerve functions, cellular regeneration, and genetic diseases in theory.  Too bad the technology for that is very long way off.

Not realistic but as long as were united in NOT nuking ourselves to utter oblivion I think were on the right track.

Though sadly due to the predictable nature of humanity and you know our tendency for war I fear that might not even last.

Could I suggest this?

Quests based on economic and territorial conditions.

For Example If Kingdom "A" has ownership of 2-3 Towns the quests 1.A 1.B 1.C are available from Lords.
                    If Kingdom "A" has ownership of 4-6 Towns the quests 2.A 2.B 2.C are available from Lords.
                    If Kingdom "A" has ownership of 7 or more Towns the quests 3.A 3.B 3.C are available Lords.

The 3.A quest could be to stop a village rebellion that was caused because of the increasing Kingdom size AKA 7 or more Towns. Something to consider

3.A 3.B 3.C quests have higher rewards while 1.A 1.B 1.C quests have lower rewards for the player and thus adds incentive for the player to conquer
for thier respective kingdoms.

Likewise wise for guildmasters or village elders if their respective village/towns have different economic conditions AKA Poor/Average/Rich

That thar sentence only says that Daggerfall isn't the best game in the elder scrolls series, so I don't know where all this bull**** about the mona lisa came from. Daggerfall may have been good back in the day, I don't know, but nowadays we have Morrowind and Oblivion which are basically Daggerfall but better.

I don't know about that, some of the features of Daggerfall I've seen is pretty sweet.
Seems like the more sequels of elder scrolls Bethesda makes the more features they take in place of the "LEET graphics".

On topic: You might try amnesia: the dark decent it doesn't fit the criteria but I found it fun and scary.
