    Maybe you can help me , about 4 months ago my friend let me borrow this game. It was a top down RPG , pretty old. But in the game you could choose about 10 different races , like a bunch of different classes. It played like a RTS/RPG becuase when you played you had to build buildings and stuff to create troops. Like the campaign was played on a map kinda like mount and blades where you could move to different settlements and cities. I thinking it had the word "War" or "battle" in its name. Any help at all? hah thanks. You know the name?

    Warlords Battlecry 3 is the best RTS I've ever played, along with Age of Mythology. The replay value is huge - plenty of battle mods, factions, long campaign, tons of content, Rejenorst's contribution etc. No doubt this game puts Warcraft 3 to shame.

    The pauldrons from the high-end armours are awful.

    Moneymaking has gone too far these days. Quoting:

    Anyone familiar with this city builder? Looks like Stronghold 2 but I guess without too much emphasis on military part. Not to forget, it's the 2004 version - ML: Build, Defend, Expand, not the 1991 one. Some opinions please before spending 5 euros.  :lol:

    Your most creative method of cheating

    1. Write down the study material in Word. Even if you don't want to learn you might memorize something (see 4.)
    2. Print the material using small fonts (5,6,7 or whatever) and column rows; cut them accordingly.
    3. Assign numbers on the back of each one.
    4. Make an index.

    It's good that the management aspect has a bigger influence - taking the whole thing closer to a city building game rather than to a classic RTS grinder. Maybe this is the main complain from veteran players.

    Stronghold Kingdoms (MMO) is coming next year, returning to the old 2d engine (which I don't mind). The features are pretty good.

    Well.. no reason for opening a new thread (this one is not so old).

    Here goes my question: is this game any better than SH 1? This title has received so many mixed reviews, and I really want to buy it. From what I hear the Deluxe version has all the updates.
