    Only the first link works, the texture links are broken. I would have used GE 2.5, except that the guy has inexplicably removed 2.5 without even having finished 3.0. Idiotic if you ask me.

    thankfully your not, and he did it for a reason. (the old mod was deemed to low a quality by the author to merit release)

    if you truely want to find it, head over to the repository...
    people dont always have to GIVE/LINK you what you want maybe using your noggin would yield the same results =]

    p.s u can find gutek's original in the repository too

    I think this length may be a good compromise. The clipping seems acceptable, only becoming an issue when she shifts her head to the side. Got to say I prefer the other hair texture, and the red dress (it seems to have been disabled in the latest Warband update).

    I haven't pointed this out for a while, but I'll be modifying every scene possible. The towns and castles will just receive some polishing (more appropriate ground textures, mess/items etc). Halls, arenas and dungeons will be done similar to what I show in the first post, but with updated textures. I'd also like to polish the taverns. These will all be largely generic, with a few variations of each (otherwise there would be hundreds of scenes). I think the detail will make up for it though. I may not be able to get through all of these, so the focus will be on towns and making a few scenes each of halls, taverns, arenas and dungeons. I wouldn't mind redoing the castle scenes, but again, there's too many to not make them generic, and unlike the smaller scenes, it's probably good for castles to be unique.

    hey gutek, closely following both this and polished landscapes. Any idea if you will return to finish the rest of the buildings off? or has landscapes taken over indefinately?
    (i know you previously said you were bored and sick of buildings hence started the landscapes mod)

    Mount and Blade is just an idea, The graphics are pretty behind its time and the scripting didn't take that large of a team to be made.

    But its not exactly a hard game to make, Of which they have received more than enough money from.  30 or 20 bucks a piece and way over 30000 sold?  Yeah..  This isn't really a small thing where the company needs support.

    Do the math, That's a **** load of money for a company and game like this.


    From what I heard the dev and his team have spent around 4 years doing this game. Thats much more than your average game that gets released.

    You think anyone can make such a realistic game, that imitates human movement and middevil combat so realistically? It needs brains, time and research to do that.

    And the graphics are fine. Just because it ain't shining doesn't mean its not good. Have you noticed how beautiful yet simple and realistic towns and villages are? You think anyone has the artistic talent  to do that?
    This is a game that has been loved, and it shows.



    Despite being gay and an idiot as you so eloquently stated, I am not a fan boy, simply because I don't care about games so much. But I haven't enjoyed a game so much since Planescape: Torment which was 10 years ago.


    I hope armagan sells a billion copies and buys EA.

    actually its around the same as your average roleplaying/adventure release 3-5 years....M&B is smack in the middle and being an indie title, probably could've been released quicker if more employee's were developing at the same time

    imitating human movement? looking at yourself in the mirror and maybe hightech motioncapture....research?? bah!!!

    but i do agree with your last point, his eloquent statement was rather pointless but seeing The A Mans work and the time it took him, its a great piece of work, nothin as supernaturaly awesome as you first posted but an impressive feat of computer science and engineering.
