I put it to the room that we should (ability, strength etc. permitting) actually be able to SWING the poleaxe on horseback, as opposed to just thrust or couch it.

I noticed that Poleaxes can be couched and thrust when mounted, but not swung? I was kinda looking forward to swinging a poleaxe with great reach on horseback! Any reason why you can't do this?
