you just end up clicking the same thing over and over again on various different people you encounter with the same results. meh.

well with the new hunger mechanic starving bandits are a nice easy take down because of the negative effects they receive.

they are slower, do less damage etc

another good money spinner early on is mining iron close to a town and selling it to them.

the new update brings all sorts of new features.

one being hunger which is a ***** to manage at the minute....

My main issue with the game is it's so damn hard to get started.

I always start with the freedom seekers and sell all the building materials because building a town always results in bandits raping me.

with the freedom seekers you get the retired captain with decent stats and some other meat shields.

just lure bad guys into bases and fight with the guards then loot the bodies and sell the gear and repeat until you can actually wander around without being destroyed.

Kenshi has had a new massive update and is now starting to pick up pace again for those interested

I really love this game but the Bosses are so OP.

I had 3 level 10-11 Soldiers in Iron/leather stuff and an archer and the spider boss just one hits my guys and leaves nothing but misery.

I haven't spawned yet as I awaited your response before I step foot into the game half hearted.

I have just created a character, I am called Sedric Uphearth. how do I sign up with you guys? I will need all the guidance I can get...

we had a few weeks of misery playing just the 4 of us but like I said before, get on a private server with good active admins, good players, no offline attacks and then its a whole boat load of fun.

we repelled an epic siege last night, involved 12 attackers and only 6 of us defending.

had one guy riding our maxed out Bronto with 50k health and the rest on Rrex's and Spino's.

we waited for them to blow the gate to the base and charged out and ruined them.

it was the two so called biggest and best tribes on the server who now are shivering in an underwater cave after we chased them down and smashed their bases up.

we are now the kings of the server. being king feels good 

there is a mod to stop the modern tiers I believe, stops all the metal walls and c4 etc.

the giant bugs? they are fantastic! all of that easy to farm chitin for cement paste! just get a rex and go for a half hour walk and have enough chitin to build a big old metal base

we stopped playing on the official servers as well, too many fools attacking and raiding everyone constantly without reason.

private servers have more rules and admins that regulate them stopping people doing things like blocking all the caves with gates etc..

most servers don't allow it.

mainly to stop high level players joining every server and being over powered from the get go.
