    I do not think she is captured at the time when I speak to her father,
    However I will double check to be sure....
    I currently think there may be a bug where if he is captured when I propose, he ignores it
    I am hesitant of reloading a past save and waiting for him to respawn before the 2nd marriage check in case she does go off and get captured though..
