Hi there,
I wish that someone of the team of Taleworlds is seeing this.
The following issues are that I found and still haven't figured out the solution through my localizing work.

-there is no text generated in any *.csv for messages in the battle when I pick up a weapon and drop it off.

-some text generated unproperly in the lines 238-241 in gamemenu.csv so the game wouldn't show the menus properly in the village improvement window.

I hope this could help for a further development.

Hi there,
I have done all translation work in Japanese recently and am shooting up the bugs.
I  realized there was a message still in English shown which says "Hit the shield on the back!" when I got hit in the shield on the back from behind in the battle.
I double-checked all .csv's that I have worked on but couldn't find any words like that.

Is anyone out there knows where this line is? 

I DID IT!
I tried to modify the number of the last preshift in convert_font.awk like $17-20 to $17-10 as akey said in the last comment.
Then started the game,the letters were sorted properly!
I think I still haven't understood very well about commands in the file,but anyway it has worked out so far.
I owe you so much akey and your awsome tool, I couldn't make it without your help.

somehow modifying line_spacing didn't make a difference in my game.
but I still think this line will do something as putting different number on padding= in the same line squashed letters in the game.
I might need modifying this line one day.

Thought it would make other languages look weird but it would solve spacing problem.

I tried to edit convert_font.awk,but wasn't sure which letters meant space.
hmm it seems like I need some knowlidge of the programming language...

finally I got around the corner.
I will discribe what I have done to achieve this.

1)used Bitmap font maker to tweak settings and save the configlation as empty.bmfc instead using notepad.
2)Japanese letters shown in the game, but each letters are laid over each other.
3)to solve 2),adjusted those options like spacing,padding,resizing the font in Bitmap font editor　but none would help.
4)tried the trickey way in which I put an another space between each letters after encoding.

Thus letters are shown properly now.But It's obviously hard to add extra spaces to more than 700 lines of translation.
should I ask you how to put extra space with addspace.exe or otherwise any suggestion for smarter way?

OK I think I have fixed those that you pointed in the last comment.
Now there is ONLY ONE error in my command lines.
What does this mean?

I have fixed some of the problems(find.exe and wc.exe issues) along with your last advise then achieved some advance but I still have error messages.please have a look at these command lines i made.any suggestions will be aappreciated.Thanks.

I'm actually stuck with this program.

[Things that i've done]
1)downloaded & installed all programs described in the readme.txt(see below for each locations).
2)modify empty.bmfc in which I replaced Japanese font name with Chinese font name which was originally there like:
# font settings
#fontName=ＭＳゴシック<--Japanese font name which comes with Windows
#fontName=ＭＳゴシック
#fontName=ＭＳゴシック
fontName=ＭＳゴシック

3)run gen.bat without an extention because I thought cn_s should be used for Chinese translation.

but it seems to just have change it over with Chinese letters(although it wouldn't show properly on my Japanese OS).

I am not sure how I have done wrong.Possibly I have put a wrong name for the font? the font name I put was not the exact file name but the word which is usually shown in dialogues when I choose the font.

If any advises I will appreciate greatly.Thanks.

a bit surprising stuff to me was that an civil war in small country has been developped as mod for M&B!
I vgotta also try Onin no ran too.
