    But you said old drivers didn't help you, which is weird, because it helped the others...
    Also, have you tried to contact NVidia support? I know, corporations don't give a flying duck about us mortals, but still... Because if not, I will probably contact them soon.

    After your numerous tries to fix it, do you have any tools installed that actually may themselves be the source of the problem now? ?
    Since some of those fixes have helped other people.

    I've met all conditions, we are not rebels anymore, but the quest is still "active". There is nothing that I can say to Isolla to "complete" the quest. I am pretty sure it's just bugged.

    Perhaps, some other attempt to fix it made something, that even driver downgrade didn't help... ?
    I would like to know if my suggestion helped anyone else.

    Well that's weird now... It started for me exactly when I decided to update my drivers, and was fixed once I've installed older drivers.

    The fix is simple, just install 436.15:
    You most likely will need to make a clean install, because I am not even sure it will allow you to install an older version over a newer one. This will erase all NVidia settings, if you ever changed them.
    Additionally, if you play GTA, this should also fix constant crashes, if you still have them. At least it worked for me 1.5 years ago when NVidia broke something. (I see a pattern here... ?)
