Iffy: Yep. Fighting. When they are on a good level. I train them till noon usually. Swadians reach infantry. Then find some sea raiders, and kill them. Till late night. Then training, after midnight, when the "Day training complete" and they reaches Sergeant level. Or sometimes 1-2 remain unupgradeable. Upgrade them, place in garrison, and another day with finding recruits.

This training method is right. Much faster to upgrade them all at once, and no retarded recruits have to die. 1 day and I have elite from recruits. 2 days and I can fill a castle with elite guards... Sweeeet...
My trainer skill is about 6-7.

Slightly off-topic, but Nords are by far the best footmen, Swadians are more cavalry-oriented. I'd advise using Nords as footmen. Believe me, the difference is quite large. Swadians are best as cavalry, if you want the best archers, recruit some Vaegirs.

Thanks for the advice. I will wait, till I can upgrade all of them. I say you why I not chasing looters. Because of time. More time I use to train, the faster are the buildings completed. I killed the sarranids. Now I'm in peace with everybody. I train recruits, do some quest. Wait for the villages, to finish mills. Elite troops placed in garrisons, recruits training with me. If I have 1, or 2 recruits I can engage enemies without casualties. Or the retarded recruit will die, or learn. Either way the recruit is no more...

I always fight. If I have low HP I going to retreat. Restore my HP (first aid skill I think) and then kill another hundreds of troops. So once they will run out of troops, and I will win.

I never raid any village. I'm good. And Ymira isn't like it. I think, the peasants are irresponsible of the war.

Or simply sparring with them, at a training field. If I have a lot of recruits I look for a training field, and let 'em have it. They come in 4 men packs. On one single day I can train more than 50. Without the large number mods, so it is a good number. Oh, and my training skill is about 6 or 7, so at midnight, the remaining more retarded recs are going to level up. Then, if I've got only 2-3 recr remaining, I going to look for a little trouble with some Sea raiders, low level deserters. But I don't know how it works with more than 500 and 1000 men. So, try it, and make your choice...

I use the GE 2.5, and I never experienced problems with it. I have 6 mods, and use them. The GE 2.5 works perfectly.

Count after it please. You have 8 points of Archery. Every point (above need) incerases damage by 14%. So if you have a war bow (simple) it has 25p dam. With a 4X14%=56% extra damage, it has 39 damage. The masterwork have got 30. And the weapons accuracy is improved, because you aim faster, and preciser. I've got 8 archery too, but I using a simple War Bow, not the masterwork. Try it.

And the large bag of khergit arrows, have got more, than bodkin, and the damage are equals.

Sorry man, can anybody EXACTLY tell me, where can I switch between the native villagers, and homeland troops? I find nothing in the camp, nor the game settings. Debug, messages, and tac forms are in the setup, and oracle, reading, rec prisoners, etc in the camp.
Help please, I need Vaegir Marksmans, because the javelinmen too "shortranged"

Are there any way to recruit nords, vaegirs, etc from the villages?

Ive got 3 chariot skill. I found out. If I've got a horse under my arse, the chariot isn't  appear. If the horse is in my inventory, and its place is empty the chariot works.
