You stated that you trust the bus driver to get him where you want. In the little segment in which you replied that to, I already stated that we trust drivers to get us where we want because you have to have a license to drive. At least that's my reason, Plus, I don't know any drivers who are recently escaped convicts like Borcha. Which is why I said it's a bad analogy because it doesn't apply well.
Yes, thats why I anwsered that I trust the driver
despite the fact I never saw his license. To you, he could be an
escaped convict who doenst even have a license trying to fool you. How can you know? Of course, you can keep bugging him with ridiculous questions while he drives, so you can make sure he is a
real bus driver (and that, of course, would make him drive slower). But then, with your total lack of any skill in 'bus driving', could you really tell if he is lying to you?
I have no response to this so I'll just put a smiley here to make it look like I actually have a counter-argument
No it wasn't. My original intent was to clarify to Sordid what didn't make sense to him. Of course, now I'm not sure whether or not he did not understand what Archonsod's point of view was, or whether or not he just though his point of view doesn't make sense, since he didn't make it clear then and still hasn't made it very clear what he does or does not get.
Well, it dint make sense to him or me and still does not, simply becouse is bull****.
It could be something like that, but less stupid, so that it actually makes sense.
Please try it, Im all ears.
I didn't say it applied to everything
Then it cant explain the penalty system. So not only the argument is bull****, is also an insufficient bull****.
Why are you making such a big deal out of this anyway? It's completely irrelevant! Relax!
Oh, please. We are all making a big deal out of this, and we all know its irrelevant.
Yes, well I have better things to do than argue about something that's completely irrelevant. So, yes I give up. If this many posts of saying basically the same thing doesn't convince my opponent, then what's the point of trying to convince him any more than I already have?
Well, thats too bad. But of course, I agree with you: no matter how many times I state that '1+1=3', I will never convince any oponent, so its really pointless. But I though you were doing just for the fun of it.
