Sieges are a pain and different strategies are needed to fight them, mostly I sit back take out as many of the archers as I can then send my heavily armored guys in while I try to shoot the guys at the top of the ladder.

Started playing so long ago I cant remember when.  I know that I saw something on the SWG forums about the game and thought I would try it.  I bought it  for 9 bucks(I think) about 2 weeks later.  I stopped once it went live because I couldnt play it on my computer due to problems from the release.  Think I will try again, just to see if they fixed some of the issues they had.

I have played for like 2 years, not bored yet, and I have yet to reach level 30 because I start new every time there is a new release.  I started playing to win, then moved on to RP.  RP makes it alot harder and is definately more fun!  Also there are some great mods coming out soon for this build so if you start a new game in native, within a week there should be more mods to choose from.

Yeah, Nords do fall easy prey to my Marksmen.  I used to use the Nords for seiging, but now I am playing just the factions soldiers so all I have to attack with are guards.  Not to bad over all.

I have the exact same issue.  I will post my spec's in a minute, well, maybe when I get home lol..  A couple of hours.

felt the same way as the OP, I would not have thought it would drive me to play for 8 hours strait, but  it did. 

Corvus, I like the idea of having the horse having 2 slots, and keeping the 4 slots on our character.  That would be more, um.. fun, especially if it is shown.

Yeh, I pretty much stayed near Zendar, I was too scared to go anywhere else.  It was pure rape to go anywhere near Halmar (if I recall correctly they used to spawn behind the mountain where the salt mine used to be).

Good God, I forgot about them, wow...  They should be brought back, they were awsome and the Dark Knights, I loved fighting them, unless there were like 30 Knights in the group.

Don't need them, my 40 Marksmen army can handle anything anyone sends at us.  Plain and simple..  That is all that needs to be said!

Ahh, I thought you were saying its a map from way back, like before villages and some of the towns were added.  I was actually getting excited to see Old Calradia(hmm.. cant seem to get it right).

I love to have my horse jump, especially on the enemy.  It just so happened though there was a hill beind them and my horse fell to his death, me all alone against like 50 Nords... I killed like 5 before the overwhelmed.  None of my archers where near me.  It was a sad day..
