I've been enjoying making these. It started out as just tweaking things to make my own gameplay better. Then it got to where tweaking the game became as much fun as playing it. Now I'm running my M&B game in windowed mode, checking the forums and making tweaks between battles.

do AI lords has income ? does it effect the quality of the troops they have ? if we increase he income for towns does it effect other lords ?

in siege defence after 30 seconds the ammunation of archers are renewed. i think we should also have this feature when we are defending the castle !

and one more quick question i could not use backspace  button to see the number of archers infantries and cavalary i have and the enemy numbers during the battle... what happened to this button? does it still exist?

I believe it works this way: Huscarls area a 5th tier troop. Sergeants are a 4th tier troop. Lords only get Tier 1 to Tier 4 troops. So for a Lord to get Huscarls, the Lord must fight and survive enough for the game to level up those Veterans to Huscarls.

i made a test, picked a lord and watched him 1 month  to see what kind of upgrades he was doing, he did not enter any battle most of the time stayed in his castle, and only some of the recruits he had  plus a few nords hutmen were upgraded.  i think you are right, they do not recruit level 5 troops, and the other thing i have noticed since they do not have wealth  anymore  they always sapwn with meduim- high quality troops, in 0.96 if you beat them, they recruit low tier troops

Oh, and as to why there are more sergeants than huscarls, that's probably because Huscarls are higher level than sergeants, you have to upgrade nord troops six times to get to Huscarl (Recruit-> Footman-> Trained footman-> Warrior-> Veteran-> Huscarl), but only five to get to sergeant (Tribesman-> Spearman-> Trained spearman-> Veteran spearman-> Sergeant).

i think it is the reason, but still if you compare it with older version  there are not many huscarls as before ..

the other thing i have realized lords used to have wealth, now there is not any more. in 0.96 i was giving troops to other lords make them have over 200 troops  and after sometime since their wealth was not enough to support all of thesee soldiers  their troops size was going down. i wonder since there is not wealth  anymore in the game if i gave 200 -300 troops to the lords can they supoort them...

did anybody tested it ? 

for some people it may seem pointless. but there are many benefits of doing this ( when you are marshall)
1- you do not need to pay for thesee troops
2- you do not have a morale problem due to high number of troops
3-you do not need to feed them.
4-you have always hign number of troops available whenever you need them;.

so to see if it workd in 1.003 i will make a test

well i am not trying to give huscarld to the lords all i want to say while rhodoc lords spawn with sergeant  ( at least 5 can go up to 40 ) my nord lords do not have any huscarls... i visited all the castles and towns and there are only 13 huscarls in the sargoth and wechberg,  there are no  more huscarls  and none of the lords has any huscarl... it is so weird,  in previous versions there were many huscarls if i recall right

huscarls are amazing it is obvious but my question was different, most of nord lords does not have huscarls while all the rhodocks lords has sergeants and many and although i beat them  a lot...

why do not my lords recruit huscarls or spawn with huscarls like rhodocks?

The ones from Gamersgate are indeed legal.

Any other ones, like the leaked press copy, are sorta quasi-legal I guess. They were only meant for the press, but they have the same protection as any other copy and will work with your existing serial key (if you have one). I wouldn't worry too much about it.
Don't post any details on where to find such a copy though, or you'll get a temp ban. They weren't supposed to be available to anyone but the gaming press.

also i made an experiment. i tried to protect the village  form bandits and other threads by constantly visiting it for 3 weeks.  i wanted to see if i protect it  the amount of cow would be higher each day. but unfortunately it is random , suddenly all of the cows gone. it would be nice to protect the village and let the m increase the herd size . it should be implemented to the game .

There are many reasons.
1- let s say you are the Marshall, you can use their troops in the battles and you do not need to pay  wage for those troops.

2- high number of troops easily reduce the party morale, so you do not have this problem

3- Since you have a few troops you move faster..

4- Strong Ally lords means your chance is higher to survive .

i try to remove this topic  but it does not work . i need some help please

i got the same problem... the only thing you can do find a lord and take  a mission to start war with lords or you need to increase your relationshio with nords by protecting their caravans  or some other things...
it is really very bad situation i know although you can control many troops they will not join the battle ...

in my opinion  the best statue in M&B is being a Marshall, then you can control all the lords even the king has to follow you... i do not need to think about my troops expenses because i have just 40 men and i use other lords  army   and always i have enough soldier to defend the castles and conquer the castles...

one question do you know how can  you help other lords to recruit more soldier  and have better soldiers?

i found 2 way :
1- after conquering the enemy castle or beating the enemy lord i do not rescue the prisoners so the other lords who joined the battle can recruit them . since i can always recruit as many as i want and train in a short term it is fine for me . and also some lords asks you to train some knights fro them i try to take this missions aswell

2- when i conquer a castle i do not claim it so other lords can have it and since they have more fiefs their wealth is increasing and they can recruit more soldier.

Please add other ways to do it if there is

i try to understand how it works...details are important for me, less randomness means much complex and better game .
i do not know if it is written somewhere , when you are thew marshall and join the battle if your relationship is lower then 0  then thesee lords do not join the battle.

most of the castle sieges i and enemy  get constantly reinforcements, but this city assault somehow it did not happen, For example when i was attacking jelberg castle i got more than 5 waves of reinforcement...
my battle sizer is 135 .

No, it's a feature. 
The're slaughtered when retreating from walls and into castle. Stuff like that.
