Are your difficulty settings highest they can be? Soloing armies is always pretty easy, but I find in this mod archers rape me pretty damn quick.

everything highest except that the speed is normal. But i don´t think that makes the difference. Archers o.k. without a shield ur gonna be raped, but with very good skills ~ 9 ur shield can take many arrows and u can kill nearly every enemy with one fast hit at the head with your sword. And if ur really quick und can dodge from the enemies.
I mean i really like the mod, especially the fighting because i find it much harder to fight on foot than on a horse, as well the athmosphere. But as i said i would like to see some long-term motivations. Unique Weapons (and maybe some very expensive elite items like custom products) or harder enemies.

I can't say I've ever heard of Irish military raids on England but I thought there could be Norwegian raiders from the Isle of Mann around Chester and Wales. ah, i was waiting for a mod for this period 

For the viking faction u should orientate or at least take a look at Ruthven´s Mod Roots of Yggdrissal, it´s really nice.
And if u got time , u could add another faction, like the britons. In cornwall or as Irish raiders in Westengland, or the Scottish as a Threat for the danes from the north.

Mit 19 Abi fertig haben und dann nich zum Bund müssen
War bei mir zumindest so, der Bund zieht durchschnittlich nur 80% aller Wehrfähigen Gemusterten.

sorry my fault didn´t read the FAQ..

But i got a small bug, when u besiege Glimmingehus you have to build a siege tower, but when u attack u only got ladders 

First of all it´s a really Great Mod maybe the best, especially the fight´s are nice.
But back to topic .. my Problem is that after i created my own Kingdom i can only recruit troops like (in every town, doesn´t matter which nation):
"peasont Recruits" or "peasant Infantry". This sucks a bit.
Before (not directly) i got an Error Message which is maybe connected to the problem:

Fixed ... I reinstalled the game
