If I recruit troops as a vassal of the Teutonic Order I can recruit their troops but if I "rebel" I can only recruit baltics troops (or rather region specific troops). Is there a way to keep the order troops in your own Kingdom?

How are the frisians represented in this game? Are they mostly pagan or are they christian? I think I read that they are ruled by the franks. Are they also in the game? I have little historical information about them and even less how they are portrayed in the game, so if someone can give me...
