What happened to this place...

I have been anxiously awaiting the day I see TLD released for 1.011. Thank you for your hard work and efforts creating what is probably the most amazing M&B experience yet.

Very beautiful, I especially loved the knit-work  of the first and second armour.

I feel like I can throw up if I read yet another interpretation of the 300 saga.

I recently got back to M&B only to find, in great amazement and joy, that TPW is now released for the latest Warband build!! @Lynores and the whole team - you guys have my deep gratitude for the hard work you've put into this high quality mod.

I give my vote for Illyria, without any doubt. They could make for good pirates and skirmishers with light to medium infantry. And the region they populate looks very weird occupied by Scythians. A much better spot for the Scythians would be north of Byzantion, along the coast of the Black Sea. This area (south of the Danube delta down to the Balkan) was even known to the Greek as Scythia Minor at a certain point in history.

Sadly, this has never been answered officially, yes.

After some research we did with Swyter, and writing numerous PMs to TaleWorlds staff, there has been a silent triumph, however. The TaleWolds website was updated with the 'Enhanced Edition'. This is the direct link to it:

The Module System is also still unavailable from the official TaleWorlds download link. It can be found on the Repository as well.


I think it is more or less safe to say that official support for the original Mount and Blade has been abandoned.

I like it, the resemblance is obvious and your work of high quality. It is probably quite hard to model a face by a photo at the first place. Although I am far from being as skilled as some of the guys posting here I would say it is a very well made reproduction.

@ Cruger - It sounds like an interesting campaign you have had there with Denmark.

About EU3, I don't really got to like it. I was in love with EU2 and have spent months and months playing it. With the release of For the Glory (basically a significantly enhanced EU2) it got even more polished, keeping its great 2D style and charm. One of the reasons I stayed away from EU3 is because of the crappy 3D look. For me For the Glory was the best EU experience (a bit nostalgic) I have had and I definitely recommend it to anyone.

There is officially no game that allows you to transfer saves to EU2 (it may be possible to transfer Crusader Kings to EU2 but I'm not sure about it), but you can continue EU2 games to Victoria and Victoria to HoI2.

I know I just posted in the Persian preview page but I simply can't show enough of my admiration to the quality work done here. These soldiers are just beautiful.

The amount of detail and historical research put in this preview is amazing. Thank you, guys. The units are simply beautiful!

Sorry to hear that the ''manglabites/maglaviti'' are gone (they kind of grew on me with the time), and glad to see that NikeBG is still taking care of the Bulgarian issues in the mod. I also hope the ''oklopnik'' unit is still used, as there was some good evidence (in this thread, too) for the origin of the word and it simply sounds cool in my years.

So what i gather from this thread is that the 'missing' chapters are not written yet and the gaps in the numeration are due to that fact. Am i right?

Could somebody tell me which is the first chapter after the anime?

Interesting indeed. I never knew 'With Fire And Sword' has been released in Russia. I thought it would be based on Warband, but from what I read here it is more or less based on the original M&B. Can I read more about it here on the forums?
