Is it possible to become more honourable? I have seen honour loss from executions but I haven't seen it yet from (for example) releasing lords. This may just be because that process is a lot slower though.

When a VLandian Sharpshooter runs out of ammo he starts to use his fists. If the slot for the sword was replaced by an extra ammo pouch, this isn't visible on the character but I suspect the sword to simply be missing.
