  1. Bannerlord Comprehensive List of Implemented Perks (1.5.4 main branch and 1.5.5 beta) -UPDATE IN PROGRESS

So bannerlord perks updated his side. But I want to inform you at least I can't deflect arrows with a two handed sword while blocking. I get constantly hits by arrows when I try to block them.

OK just looking the code right now. It seems that it is implemented.

IIRC it's only when changing blocking positions so you can't do it with autoblock. Someone correct me if I'm wrong please.
  2. How we can raise Medicine XP gain / Suggestions are wishable

Companions are the biggest source of Medicine xp you can get. Get as many as you are able, keep a small army (10-20 troops) and just autocalc with them against looters/bandits since they do get wounded especially if they are under you in the party. Plus they level their skills and you get tactics which is now a valuable skill (assuming they fixed it in 1.5.5) to get as it has many party leader buffs and the end skill most likely makes autocalc OP af.
  3. Buff the spear and pikes!

I always thought that Spears should have 2 modes like Lances do.

Make it so it changes to a long grip and a short grip.

Short grip reduces length, and damage but makes it so there's no minimal distance to stab close enemies plus is faster with Long grip does the opposite of short grip. And before it's mentioned, make bracing of spears require crouching/blocking with a shield to activate that as a separate mode of attack.
  4. Character and Companions Design and Progress

The biggest issue I see is there's designing a character for combat but being garbage as a commander in the field/no way to level any of the good skills for campaigning and vice versa until you hit a level up from getting xp from any active/passive skill xp since they changed how level ups work in 1.4.3. Tactics/Medicine is invaluable as autocalc is great to train companions (Making sure to have the weapon they have is the only one you gave them to level it in autocalc i.e. a spear for polearm) + medicine experience is better from healing them over normal troops. Steward has been made god tier with it's final perk thou it only affects your party and not settlements so investing in it is good plus it levels automatically and still gives xp even at max learning limit.

There is a gripe I do have with perks you get along the way is like this, the amount of Party Leader/Role perks makes it so it wants you to be the one to spec into it as you want to have the most buffs possible or at least that's how I play. You can quite literally make a character specced for autocalcing thou by only using CNG, SOC and INT skills since the end tactic perk is really OP. Scouting is the end all, be all skill for leveling for you as the Party leader. As a test, I made my scouting 300 and perked out to maximize sight distance during day. I leveled up from 1 to 5 or so after a going from Sargot to Myleza* cause of all the tracks. This type of gameplay ruins the experience as it makes the companions just soldiers of your army rather than being in a Role assisting you as you can do everything yourself and since you are the party leader, you get even more benefits. /Companion needs to come back as a perk thingy.

About Companions : In my honest opinion, the only point in Companions is to have them as captains when you are soloing as they are the only way to get the captain buffs for your troops. Governor role is pointless as it takes up a precious companion slot unless using family if you play for 20+ years and not to mention the culture matters which in the next patch will make revolts a thing iirc so you must pick a companion who to be governor for your new castle/town that matches. The diversity of companions is terrible too. The Golden and The Swordsman are practically the best choices and having a good archer/crossbow user as their skills are high but the issue with them is that the two former are only Aserai. I'd say that companions need to be unique again and lower level 1-4 and have stories related to their skills they do have. Plus have a Foreign culture for some of them as it makes sense that there should be such characters as your character in Warband was a Foreigner originally which adds more lore to the backstories for the companions too.

I agree they need a companion overhaul and there needs to be more roles for them such as Trader(Trade)/Gaoler(Roguery)/Tactician(Tactics)/Diplomat(Charm) plus a limit increase potentially of maybe 2 per clan tier but only 2 at start of the game.
  5. Once and for all let's get workshops done

    Workshops need an overhaul.
-Hiring workers becomes a thing and maybe have a companion with trade/steward direct workers and manage profits. (Nova Aetas did the worker thing in Warband, loved the idea)
-Policies for trading of goods to the town and caravans, sell at a % difference for caravans at a bulk price(30 gold per linen in a bulk buy) vs town with an accumulating price.(25 gold going to 50 after buying 20 linens if the caravans bought from the town instead) to make the caravans choose the bulk option over trading with the town.
-Owning the stocks of said trade goods so you see more profit as your shop is the sole provider in the region with the best deals.
-Year long trade agreements with villages so they sell materials to your workshop first at a slight premium via bartering (charm) or extorting them (roguery)
-Investment levels up the workshop and increases wages but also increases income.
-Gangs to try and take your materials or halt caravans/villagers selling to your workshop and that they will bully you into paying protection money if you do not have a sufficient army backing you while in town.
-Make a # of finished goods (not applicable for wool weaverys, tanneries and smithies) go into an accessible box for trade plus allowing you to also dump materials into for profit if you bought the goods cheaper else where.

Maybe more ideas at a later time. If anyone had any of these ideas first, I'd credit them instead.
  6. Minus reputation on the start new game

That's based on your choice in the character creator. There's choices in the 5th question that give character traits such as Generous, Valor, Merciful and Honest iirc. They show up yellow if you look in encyclopedia (Press N) and search in the top right, your name. Other NPCs (right click their picture in the village/town view) with the red icon versions despise those with opposite (Yellow) views of them. Hence the -1 to -3 relation.
Best pick is the Manhunt option with Calculating imho for the Leadership+Tactics.
