This issue has already been reported to the developers from your
original thread.
Did your original save file was saved with a modded game? As mods alter game files and save files, affected save files still cause crashing even after removing mods. Have you tried starting a new campaign with an unmodded, verified game? If it's stil crashing after that, I can forward this to the developers. However, we cannot offer technical support for modded games. Please read our statement regarding modding related issues
