Same issue different day and new patch, 1.1.0 now released still not able to run game from Steam, running Bannorlord.exe crashes after tutorial.
I am able to run Bannerlord.Native.Exe and play what seems to be normally, but with countless crashes doing regular game things like talking to people or trying to leave a village/city.
This is game is pretty fun and definitely more unique than other RPG/Battle simulators, but not sure how much this uniqueness will keep hold with the state of the game being so bad. I have never experienced a Steam game that literally just won't start from Steam. Not sure how Valve is not threatening this publisher with removing the game from their service.
Devs, how many weeks before you think you will have a game that at least will launch from Steam? How many "Workaround" posts about it is the "Users" machines that is at fault? The issue is with your engine and not peoples machines, if the game Dev is not the engine Dev it is time to reach out to the engine Devs and have them assist you, because you the game Dev appear to not have any ideas of what it is, or you don't want to say because it will lead to a mass refund campaign. Either way do something, say something and for heavens sake be honest.
