i'm not all into this, just wanted to leave some thoughts.
no, but seriously, decreasing the accuracy shouldn't be the way to balance factions. what you suggested is nerfing archers as a class and since archer is the best class in this game, i can't support that.
i don't know all the stats and everything, but if you only look at the prices of armor and weapons, rhodock xbows seem are pretty limited when it comes to upgrading. i guess, that's nothing you can fix that easily though, so uping the xbow stats seems like a good way to even that out a bit.
giving archers more athletic points wouldn't make much sense imo. as annoying it is get caught by inf, it's only fair to have that kind of little 'balance' between the classes.
another bow with more damage would be nice for sarranids, but again, that's not going to happen, so increasing the power strike is a good idea.

Please dont buff archers in terms of shooting even more accurate, maybe lower the accuracy of the others.
