  1. Reappearing bandit hideouts

When you clear out a bandit camp, there is always a small bandit party (1-2 men) right next to you. If you dont kill this party, then it will rebuild the camp as soon as you leave. If you kill the party the camp is gone for a bit longer.
  2. OP factions

There already are challenges between looters and fighting enemy lords. You don't need big armies of looters as no matter how many there are your company should rip them to pieces once you've got some decent troops.

Progression, as I see it, goes like this:

    1. Looters in bands of 7-15
    2. Mountain or Forest Bandits on bands of 10-20
    3. Sea Raiders in bands of 15-30
    4. Caravans in forces of 30-40
    5. Minor lords in forces of 50-80
    6. Major lords in forces of 100-150
    7. Armies in forces of 200-1,000

There is no need for bands of looters and bandits getting into the 30-40 range where they can start to threaten minor lords who've just been defeated recently.Instead the player can just move on to fighting more well equipped enemies like sea raiders or start going after enemy caravans.
We are talking past each other. In my opinion bandits arent just looters, but also Forest Bandits, Sea Raiders and so on. Looter Parties shouldnt be bigger than 7-15, I agree, but other bandits parties should! I dont think the big bandit parties are immersion breaking, the weak lords are! Even if there are no bandits past 20 men, I still could easily defeat those small lord parties of under 30 men a few minutes after I startet a new game and thats the problem. Also I need to level up my troops and there should be an option to do this without starting a war against a faction. Thats why I said, I want more parties around 50 troops like rebells or deserters, which I can fight to level up my troops without starting a war, because hunting those small bandits parties sucks, if you wanna build up an army...
  3. OP factions

Can confirm this is an issue. I've seen KINGS be taken prisoner by bandits more times than I can count after suffering a big defeat.

Bandit parties should be capped at around 20ish total. These parties of 40-50 bandits are too much and honestly kind of immersion breaking.
I really dont think you should remove the bigger bands of bandits. As a player I want some sort of challenge between fighting armies and fighting looters of 10-20 men. I really wanna see more parties traveling on the map in the future, maybe rebells or deserters which wouldnt be immersion breaking. Instead of weakening the bandit, the dev should make the Lords stronger. Let them start with around 30 men before they leave a castle and start to recruit more men. Something like this.
  4. Clan - Role system buggy?

Yeah, it is. I have the same problem, but if you select their role by talking to them instead of choosing the role in the clan section, it actually works for me.
  5. Lord's Armies are too Small

The lords need more money. If you try to make a deal with them, you can see, that the Lords with no troops are out of money. On the other hand you sometimes see lords with 300-500 men and around 300.000-400.000 denars. This is probably also the reason, why in many games one faction suddenly conquers the whole world. TaleWorlds need to fix the finance system, something is going terribly wrong right now :/
