  1. Why doesn't food spoil in the game? (also weapons/armor degrade and soldiers not aging/retiring)

Makes little sense...it worked well in Warband..food would spoil...and jet here you can buy tons of food and it will last forever...Also weapons and even soldiers should age/degrade. (in soldiers case retire..I mean the other characters in game do age so why not the soldiers..are the soldiers immortal?)

Go to Nexusmod's and look for a modification. You're welcome.
  2. Game ending conversation loop

I must've tried at least 20 times and couldn't get it to end. Even the autosave is stuck in the loop. I, admittedly don't save games enough.

Oh darn, then it seems to be really stuck for you.

Usually I don't recommend it, but spam your left mouse while leaving the conversation. If you are lucky you can somehow actually click on the map by spamming your button. At least it's worth a try. I did everything and somhow got away with it.
  3. Game ending conversation loop

Sometimes when you successfully recruit a lord/lady that is attacking you, they will be stuck in a loop trying to talk to you. There is no way to end this loop and it kills the game where it is.

I had the same issue. Just leave the conversation several times, when it should work properly and you can move on. Sometimes it keeps repeating up to 10 times.
  4. Bastard swords are clumsy to use

I was hoping you were, because I don't see any reasonable human being lowering themselves to such a level where they have to attack someone over a feedback suggestion.

I congratulate you to that fine sentence. I couldn't agree more.

You basically ripped off his tiny balls and dismantled his entire tough acting show.
  5. Not getting improved relations with Lords for saving them / granting castles?

I do get relationship boosts from saving fellow vassals when I'm serving another kingdom, though... Or at least I seem to be. One would think it should function the same way for your own kingdom.
Yes that is indeed true and I couldn't believe it myself. but the function is just not included when you are acting under your own banner.
  6. World map of M&B

Or just speeding up the ageing would also work. You'd need 10x more diplomacy and dialogue options than what is currently in the game to really make the game something special.

Dialogue options and diplomacy is pretty horrid atm. When you enter your own fief and no one recognizes you. People referring to you as a he when you're female. Currently I can talk to another lord about marrying my son with his daughter but there's no way for them to meet in person. When you capture a king or enemy lord there should be a massive amount of dialogue options for doing all kinds of things, signing peace treaties, trading fiefs, marriages, alliances, ect. Basic dialogue options with companions even on the warband level is completely missing, it's ridiculous. Not being able to give your own fiefs to clans you recruit because you need high trading skill perk.

Maybe in a dlc we can get new land and factions. I'm sure Taleworld will release at least 1-2 for bannerlord, given it's financial success. I'm more optimistic about future mods.
I conquered a castle and when I returned after few days, the Militia won't let me enter and attacked me. They didn't recognize me as the owner and lord of the castle. That was kinda funny.
  7. Have Cavalry use less valued War Horse/Horse for upgrade.... PLEASE.

Here's a case of good criticism. I'm sick of losing prize warhorses to upgrades. For now I'm putting them on companions when I upgrade, but that's not a good permanent fix.
You can check the small circle on the right side of the Item in the inventory. So the units won't use it for upgrading. At least this worked for me so far.
  8. Alright, you ingrates. Sherriff's in town.

Man, I'm starting to enjoy your delusions and the narrative you're painting here. You must be an English major.
He seems to be drunk IMO.
  9. Have Cavalry use less valued War Horse/Horse for upgrade.... PLEASE.

You want better units, so you have to give them better equipment. That's how life works.

I am totally fine with the horse requirements, since it's pretty realistic. I would even look forward if you had to provide better weapons and armors for the units too.
That would raise the value of your unit and you will think twice before let them charge into spear wielding infantry.

It would be so ridiculous to get an Elite Cataphract that used a Stumpter Horse...

The game is so easy to master at the moment, you should swim in Gold and should be able to provide the needed horses.
  10. Alright, you ingrates. Sherriff's in town.

fighting fire with fire just starts more fires

Not when you nuke that little candle
  11. New factions?

You do realise TW isn't restricted to real-life scenarios yeah? Something they have clarified in multiple blogs already.

Besides, gameplay always has a priority over historical accuracy. I'm not asking for for rifles or arquebuse, something akin to the tubes you mentioned.
Yes you are right. I just wanted to say, that the actual factions ingame, are all based on the technology and development around 1000 - 1100 A.D.

It would just be ridiculous to add additional factions with an outdated standard of development, or with a higher developed technological level.

But either way, I would look forward to any kind of faction.
  12. Not getting improved relations with Lords for saving them / granting castles?

When you have your own kingdom, this kind of reward system does not function. As they mentioned that "your own kingdom" is not fully implemented in the Early Access.
Otherwhise, when you are just a Clan-Leader in another kingdom, this reward system works properly. Anytime when I save one of my fellow Chieftains I get a relationship bonus. Whenever I vote in favor of a Chieftain, then I get a bonus or penalty too.
  13. New factions?

    God, no.
    This is not For Honor.
We all get that Calradia is fictional but there is obviously an atempt at historical resemblance. There shouldn't be something as childish as medieval knights fighting samurais or 7th century Tang warriors. I know kids love that kind of silliness but this is not the game for that.

As you might not have learned in school, the romans and chinese had contact around that time.
  14. New factions?

I mean we could have early gunpowder stuff since it's hardly anymore OP than what Fian Champions or Sharpshooters are capable of. They do need to diversify the roster and what's better than some early gunpowder from the culture that invented it?

In the era of 1044 / 1045 A.D. Wu-ching Tsung-yao mentioned the military use of gunpowder. But not any kind of rifle or other kind of weapon. They just used the powder to shock the enemies. It would be highly unaccurate to implement some kind of shooting units. Because the use of guns was around the end of the 13th century.
I think the mongols used some kind of copper barrels which shot steel balls. And that was in one battle of the year 1241 against the Slesians.
  15. Alright, you ingrates. Sherriff's in town.

? *eats popcorn and drinks coke*

And I were about to watch Netflix, but this develops into something really entertaining.
  16. Sieges are litterally unplayable after last patch (singleplayer)

Agreed. The framerate drops, even with my high end system. The lag happens as soon as the 2 armies crash into each other on the walls.

In the beginning it lags because it loads the whole world at once, that's totally understandable, but while fighting it is a pain.
  17. New factions?

A Persian/Indian faction would be awesome. Always wanted proper elephants in the game but we never did get them.

A Chinese faction would be cool too since depending on what dynasty we draw from, they can be heavy armour with early gunpowder(Song), crossbow heavy with strong medium cavalry(Han), balanced all around(Tang) or lightly armoured but with good gunpowder(Ming).
SInce the game is based around real time century 1000 - 1100 they should stick with the Dynasty of that Period. But I agree with you too. Chinese would be really interesting.
  18. Can't declare war after becoming an indepenent kingdom?

Just raid a village or rob a caravan / transport. This will declare war to the faction of your desire.
  19. Bows are WAY too accurate.

I agree. Bows are NOT too accurate. I did archery in real life too and I can tell that bows are highly accurate in a certain distance.
The AI is a mess with bows. They don't hit their targets well. Except well trained / elite archers.
  20. New factions?

Yeah, I could be on board with a Mesoamerican inspired faction also. Some people say that we shouldn't necessarily look to real life cultures to get inspirations for a new faction, but it seems exceedingly difficult, to my apprehension, to create a new faction without drawing from some real-life inspiration -- otherwise you risk the faction seeming too "alien," or out of place.

Even fictional factions are influenced by real ones. People should calm down and accept the fact, that the current factions are 100% influenced by real time medieval cultures. Yes we have the arabic faction in the game, but indeed I would welcome your option, or the mesoamerican one. It would be at least a contrast to the typical roman, western european and asian ones.
