I'm curious about this as well actually. I've never tried it but I was told that if you attack your own order spawns enough that your relationship with them drops into the negatives then you'll be unceremoniously kicked out of the order with your tail between your legs, and will be free to choose a new order. Can anyone verify this?

One question regarding morale.

At which level do your troops start to desert? I ask because several times a few tens of my men have deserted. First i thought it was some kind of strange bug, but i think it is due to low morale. I have now checked my morale (although it has been a few days since last desertion) and it is 56 . I dont understand the numbers well. It says i get 84 morale out of food, but i have added the bonus of the food i am carrying and it should give me 32. By the way, they just desert when i visit a city? Or the same happens if i visit a village?
