Veamos, por partes:

a) Los mods debes descargarlos en el directorio "Modules" dentro del árbol de instalación de M&B. Lo normal sería algo así como c:\Archivos de Programa\Mount&Blade\modules. Algunos de ellos además son autoejecutables, así que eso que te ahorras. Fíjate bien, eso sí, en que lo instalas en la versión correcta, yo tengo instaladas tres versiones distintas en mi PC y los mods valen sólo para una versión.
b) Tienes una opción que te permite desde la pantalla "Party", si mal no recuerdo, transferir soldados y prisioneros al castillo. De todos modos es un poco lamentable, el enemigo ni ataca ni toma los castillos que tiene 0 defensores, recuerdo perfectamente haber tomado un castillo, y como mi rey se lo dio a otro, directamente me fui con todas mis tropas, se quedó un par de semanas con cero defensores y aunque los lores enemigos lo asediaban era incapaces de tomarlo.

Jajajaja, vaya, pues vas a tener toda la razón con eso de que nos reconocemos. Yo practico kendo, combate japonés con espada. Obviamente entrenamos con shinais (espada de bambú) y bokken (katana de madera), porque entrenar con katana de combate queda feo ^^

Y sobre el mod, yo esperaría igual a la nueva versión, tal vez ahí podríamos retomar el proyecto.

Central and south american indians were overruned by only a few hundred spanish soldiers (read about the epical conquest, read about Hernan Cortes and Pizarro). But, of course, we were and are spanish, we have to fight one against other in a civil war once and again and again, since 1043 to 1936.

It is a very good help, but be careful: You´ll need a good pc, because 200+ warriors are a lot of lag.

I think there is a bug, enemies armies don´t conquer an empty castle.

And of course, they never assalt a defended castle nor besiege for 30 days.

A messenger has to go to your king, let him decide who he's gonna give it to, and come all the way back (There's no actual messenger in the game, but you can imagine that's exactly what would be happening). It takes about 1-5 days for this to happen, usually around 3. There's always a chance that your king won't give you the castle. Nobody is entirely sure, but it seems to be based on how many fiefs each lord of your faction has (the king with try to distribute them more or less evenly) and your renown, with the renown being more important once you get a few thousand. yes, it´s true, but I am playing native mod and I had two castles. Then, I conquered one more and my king gave it to other  ///ed lord. And then, I conquered one more and my king gave it to me, keep the faith.

When you go to the first neutral city (may be Rouen?), you can read "welcome to Zendar"

By the way, a very very good mod.

OMG, other interesting mod... I have read Cornwell´s books, Derfer is one of my favorite names for games...
I wish you make a very good mod, and I hope enjoy it soon.
