    i wish i could take for me those bandit camps after i defeated the bandits.


    and i have one idea that i suggested in the early stages of the old M&B (.6 i guess).

    put some castles in ruins in the map, this way people could start an empire without starting a war with another faction, all you would have to do is fix the castle (maybe ghost towns), or dont fix it, just use as a hideout. perhaps to mass troops there for a massive attack later on

    The Marians crossbow dudes are frigging strong...but i like that, its a good challenge taking on their castles and towns.


    i cant move my court from my first castle to a town i got....the only option i get is "hold off"

    i dont know if its hard to do, but could you guy put some soldiers walking around in towns and castles ?

    just for role playing

    and maybe creating a new criminal group of just women....Mad Valkyries or something like that (maybe no as criminal, perhaps as a mercenary group)

    and talking about mercs, how about some castle mercs, single castles belonging to merc factions that could be hired for assistance by the player or factions for a limited amount of time (maybe 100 days) and in this time they could do missions for you, maybe help you party in battle.

    and fix the small war parties...7 soldiers is not what i would call a war party

    the parties that i create assigning npc in my party dont do nothing, the dont chase criminal groups, the dont fight the nords (my enemy), they just move around in my region of the map.

It would be similar to the patrols you can create with your constable.  You talk to your Chamberlain and ask him to create a caravan.  Using a series of ticker boxes you select the merchandise you want to purchase and sell at the prices you want ie. Buy Iron: below 150, sell Iron above 200.  Then program the cities you want your caravan to travel too and give the caravan enough seed money to make these purchases. Every time the caravan completes a circuit from the starting town to all selected towns and back again, the caravan will deposit its profits into the treasury. 

    A status report of purchases sales, and a casualty report will be given and you will have a choice whether to hold the caravan at that town until you can assign new troops or just keep sending it out. 

    The cost of the caravan will be the weekly wages of the guards, and 500$ denars for the caravan master.  And you will have to choose how much money you want to give the CM for purchases. 

    You can make the caravan as big as you want but it will eat into your profits. Caravans can be attacked by bandits and enemy kingdoms just like any other caravan.

    If you decide you want to disband a caravan you will have to empty the inventory and then take all the troops back.

    Doing this adds a layer to the game but also frees up the player from the constant buying and selling which often ends up like a merry go round you just can get off.  There's always some merchandise in your inventory you need to sell and by the time you've sold it you've found some deals on other goods that you need to sell somewhere else.

    i like that.


    hell, just make caravans and let them buy and things and look for a market that will give profit upon the itens bought before.

    just put a number of troops to protect the caravam.

    (i usually make HUGE patrols...most of them have more than 150 troops)

    and trading fiefs ??? why, unless the other party have a huge army, i would see why trading fiefs would happen.

    maybe sending her to fests organized by my lords (if they could do that), that way my relation with those lords would improve, but at the same time she could be captured on her way to the fest...same time working for other ladies.

    i wish there was a way for me to capture those bandit camps.

    maybe stash some troops in there, and enemies cant see those camps, that way my troops could support me in case im attacked near them or aswer to my calls when im near.


    hell, maybe i could upgrade the camps to castles or some kind of temporary castles.

    how about kidnaping noble ladies and force their fathers/brothers/husbands to help you in same kind of way.


    life forcing them to siege a castle/town or attack a certain lord...maybe by doing this the lord's faction will declare war on the poor bastard you coerced by helding his lady.

    and about the spy...maybe an option to poison a well in a castle/town,  by doing this some of the soldiers in town/castle's garrison would not be fit to fight, maybe some would die....but by doing the poisoning the villagers of the enemy faction would like you less


    and how about mistresses

    maybe you could send a companion with a band of warrios to escort the recruiters.


    anyone, i got most of my soldiers by not killing the bandits, than recruiting them from camp, after that just give the soldiers to a companion or drop them fast in a town/castle..

    then just keep fighting till my morale goes up (fight with only my companions...not against huge parties)


    can you make the wife do more things ?

    i wish i could get my female companions married to lords.

    hell, maybe after becoming king or a vassal i could call i brother or sister from whatever place i came from, so i could get him/her married to a lady/lord or use as a minister.

    But, returning to the "bug", I definitely can not upgrade camp to a manor :sad:

    I tried start another game yesterday, claim a camp and upgrade directly to a manor, instead of a village and then a manor. When time has passed, nothing happens, even after two days, the camp remaining as a camp, not a manor. I have the requeriments and more, but I can't.

    it takes many ingame days for it to be finished.
