Back in the day, if anyone mentioned the word Multiplayer, they got flamed and said IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN.
We still dreamed of the day we could play M&B with a friend, or 3. We argued that it doesn't have to be an
MMO, and there don't even have to be servers for 32/64 users. Just let us co-op.
Well now multiplayer is coming, and it's going to be a 64 man typical FPS 'thing', basically cutting
out a large portion of the game to focus on battles like some total war excuse for MP.
To play a campaign with your friend, either in your party or acting on his own, was the dream.
Why was campaign co-op, the one thing we actually wanted, not part of the vision here?
