    try delete Documents\Mount&Blade Warband WSE2\rgl_config.ini
    tried that, didn't work - just fresh installed everything, deleted appdata and documents folders and it fixed itself. thanks though!

    Are you talking about the vanilla Persistent Kingdoms or about your modification? I didn't notice the missing trees
    this is vanilla persistent kingdoms yeah - appears to be client side, other people don't face the same issue as me but would appreciate any help you might be able to give

    Sounds to me that the game is loading an incorrect resource that just happens to fit the asset.

    Since there is no texture loaded, it uses the previous one rendered in memory.

    I don't think it does, but WSE2 might change the load order of the textures in memory and so the texture being applied is different.

    Ideally you would replace the missing texture with one that is actually in the files instead of relying on a load order issue
    i have no idea what to make of this i'm afraid - anything i can do?

    What does wse2 have to do with it?
    regular warband loads it, wse2 doesnt.
    edit: honestly, might be a different issue seeing that it's part of the terrain borders. if i go into edit mode, the trees i'm talking about show up in wse2 but if i turn edit mode off, then relog, the trees disappear. like i said though, this doesnt happen in regular warband so would appreciate if you could think of a fix, will send rgl log in a pm

    hi, wse2 not showing me certain trees, rgl log says it's not able to load tree_o.dds - most likely because this file is neither in my game or mod (Persistent Kingdoms) textures

    If there are changes that are required on the client-side, then the player has to download the mod through an external method.

    If we're talking just about a new scene, created purely out of native prefabs with no modifications, then the player can download the scene through the server browser (with the Dedicated Custom Server Helper enabled).
    is there no way for u guys to add an option for server owners to list what mods are needed in a popup when trying to join a modded server?

    might be that the ruler's relation to the lord you're trying to convince to join you is higher than you. eventually as time goes it'll decrease and it'll get easier.

    if their clan status is poor u can buy them for like 50-250k. if theyre poor and they like u prolly less. if theyre poor, they like you and have no fiefs almost free

    And also the ability to take control over the back alleys in towns, like it was shown in of the early gameplay versions? I hope you haven't changed your mind about implementing this feature, have you? :grin:
    i've been waiting for this one since the game launched, me and my friend spent 3 hours looking for it :/
    anyway, i think the game is awesome but what would make it even more awesome is if they focused on the significant stuff gameplay-wise. fixing sieges, adding rebellions (which also prevents snowballing), implementing real gangs as you just mentioned. in addition, to all the relevant warband features that we've previously had.

    i think this would help in both giving the game a refreshener and fixing some of the tarnished reputation. fixing small stuff is also really good, most players appreciate it, but i think everyone would be happy if the major aspects of the game are fixed/included before polishing.

    lords gather recruits the same way you do, you've probably just been unlucky because a lord has just been there
