    modifying a weapon to be a sidearm not slung on back

    I assume modifying this will not be save breaking? I would like to modify the Katzbalger to be a sidearm, as I really like them and would like to use one but it annoys me when a weapon magically appears from thin air because of a second back-mounted weapon etc.
