What does this skill actually do? I know it raises the initial 'Your are disadvantaged' type message at the beginning of a battle but what effect does being disadvantage actually have on my or my mens ability to fight? Ive not noticed any so ive never really bothered to upgrade it Thanks

Right, whenever im in a battle and i dismount my troops...then when i go to remount them it always crashed to desktop and an error saying 'assertion failed' pops up any help? :evil:
