  2. Mod for bigger maps in battle?

    I've always thought the maps felt really small. I cant really divide my troops into different squads and whatnot, especially when fighting cavalry. Anyone know a mod that makes the battle maps larger?

    White faces are juts plain ugly, but thats not the worst. I was a new vassal is a big battle, 700~ on our side vs their 250~. I was wounded, and this is what Auto-calc did: 300+ casualties on our side None on theirs Next auto-calc was all of ours and 1 of theirs. What the actual ****.

    I havent leveled Klethi in a while, because eh.
    The main reason I go jack-of-all-trades is because you never know when you might not thave that companion with 5 of this or that, etc.
    Also, I dont have 98k I have 9.8k on me, and about 20-30k in my treasury.
    My biggest problem was getting renown, as I couldnt really get a lot. I was actually stuck around 700~ renown for 100 days, i would gain some and lose more than what I gained when the week was over.

You have too many weak lords (not to mention if you took everyone who defected, you most likely have lords with bad tempers like Haringoth, Plais or Meriga, which you should avoid like the plague because they'll betray you as soon as they're unhappy in the slightest), Alayen and Firentis could be your two main lords for the entirety of your first campaign. Use them to take the first castles and give it to them to make their armies stronger. Then strike peace and keep it for something like a week. Train troops, secure your lands, then declare war on someone who's near (NOT the one you just signed a truce with, most likely you'll have your first war against the Nords and then you can go against the Vaegirs for the second one) and get more lands. For the first campaigns, try to not have a single castle-less lord. You can keep the towns for yourself if you need the money, though I've given one or two away personally. Iirc, having a town increases your lord's party size by something like 20.

    Of course, maybe you don't have another savegame, then you'll have to use this one. No time to look at it right now but I'll come back and check later.

    I have one save that is a whopping 100 days earlier, only Firentis is a lord and I just got Alayen back. Its like, 1 or 2 ingame days after I made the kingdom. Ill post it here, and then you can see if the first and later one is savable.
    Also none of those 3 lords have come to me as of the later game. They were Ghanwana, Estrosq (my brother-in-law), Rimusk, Tellrog, and valishin. Maybe another, im not sure.
    BTW These saves use the Diplomacy mod.

    I have 2 questions:
    I know it said you cant recruit enemy lords, but what about ones from allies/neutral nations
    Also, how can I recruit my companions as vassals? I have two noble companions but I cant find any dialoge options
    I found out how to make them vassals! But it doesn't say they are my subjects, and my banner is above the fiefs I gave them
    Second edit: It said one of the fiefs I gave a vassal/companion was "held by my own troops", is that preventing them from getting a banner, or something?
