These random events are stupid. Most event you can either benefit from or get past by using logic. Though usually the benefit is something like one single warrior or 2 renown for 300 denars or something like that.
There's this really retarded one I've faced too many times now. It's the one where you can call for a septon, a wise woman, or a maester. Using my logic I thought that calling on a maester might be the best, since he should know something about healing you. But NOPE! You still lose one str. Then I called for a septon, lost even more str. Then I finally tried the wise woman, lost EVEN MORE str and agi!! How am I supposed to get past that one? The BEST outcome is that I LOSE 1 str!
So far I've had it 5 times, but loaded every time. Otherwise I'd be -5 in strength. I would be fine with these stat losses as long as they'd only last for a month or so. That'd be quite fine. I gotta find the way to turn them off somehow..
