And this what i understood:
Merkezi Asya'daki başka devletler gibi Özbekistan Cumhuriyeti'nin hem halkı daha genç olup, onun "katta kısmi işçiliğe elverişli- yapabilir- çalışabilir gençtirler. ( Not sure about the last word ). Halkın genel miktarının %39'unu ( mehnat means labour, it may mean

çalışabilir yaştan daha gençler ( probably he means before 1

, %54'ünü çalışabilir insanlar, ve %7 sini çalışamayan yaşlı insanlar oluşturur.
Well, i think i got what he said, more than half of...

Writing it down somwhere and deciphering it spending time and using your vocabular memory doesnt count as understanding it. You wont be able to do it during a conversation so you'll probably just stare at the guy.
Well, how i can speak english with an english, i think i can make a conversation with him too. During the conversation, yes, i may understand maybe half or close to half, but not good like reading it...

Lol you keep saying that knowing Turkish alone is enough to be able to understand other Altaic languages then you are telling you can understand because because have knowledge about ancient and modern dialects. If one needs etno-linguistic knowledge to do that that means knowing Turkish isnt enough.
Have you got any logic in your mind? If you have, that logic will answer you. ( Dam üstünde saksağan, vur beline kazmayı tam senin laf)
Allegro 说:
Turkish has evolved on its on pace isolated from other Turkic languages thus it became another language, its not just about Persian or Russian words otherwise you would understand pure Turkic languages like Göktürkish.
Evolution may be true, but only if the words are the subject, not grammar. I said grammar doesnt change except little and a few rules. So we can say grammar between modern Turkey dialect and Gokturk dialect is same still...
Allegro 说:
But you cant, that means you are mistaken somewhere, figure it out yourself.
I figured it out and showed it to you at up of my answers. (Damn english)
Allegro 说:
So? All European languages have the same grammar too, you have to know what other person is saying first to be able to have an idea about the grammar. Belonging to same linguistic family doesnt make languages mutually intelligible.
I said u: language = grammar + words
%75-72 %100-95 %50 ---> For the Turkish dialects, but if words ratio %0 same, language ratio will be %0 too. ( Not a linear ratio here)
You know maths, aren't you?
By the way, I am really bored of answering you. I wont answer you no more, so you can say whatever you want from my behind. I hope you understood what i try to say at all these answers.
