How about custom units?
Like you buy very expensive noob units, but you have to gear them yourself. Or have your guy in your court take different kind of armors of your choosing, a weapon and puts up a price per unit?

quests where you have to find the killer in a settlement is bugged. The nervous man simple won't fight me.

battles in giant cities with water is bugged. They get lost in the water somewhere. I've spend more than 30 minutes looking for the last bandit of the second quest... Makes me wanna give up on this whole thing..

Make your character's background that he was a noble, you get awarded with a banner straigth away.

remove the game cache from steam, redownload and reinstal it. 

What error does it give? "stopped working" ?  Try to put the game on win XP compatible and turn administrator on. If after reinstal and compatible the problem still occurs then it's with your spec or there is some weird bug that your graphic card don't like.

i found watching play throughs helped me alot. like alot of people on here i got the game so i could play this mod i watched a bit of yogcast sjin's before he finished and now im watching the reformist its a great way to learn how to get the most out of the game and i tend to scan through the comments on the videos and there can be some right gems of knowledge equally you get some retards as well but thats youtube for you

Haha ye, I watch ReformistTM when I'm eating . If he doesn't slack a week . I like the youtube series exept that they skip training. Makes me wonder if it's a legit playthrough ^^.

Another try..

if you take over a town and decide to "choose later who to give it to". How Do I actually give it to someone then? None of my advisors give me that option. When I talk to my vassals all I can ask them is ex. Who do you think deserve the fief of.. Pyke in my case.  They tell me that they support themselves and I reply with "enough of this politics". I never get the chance to offer him the fief.

I do get the chance if I immediatly give it to him after capturing OR assign a new lord and give him that fief.
