Thanks.
Or just didn't give a heck and released it a little early.
Whatever dude, believe what you want.
And Sturgia doesn't share a border with Aserai, what's your point?
It may be relevant to note that every Empire faction shares a border with 4 other factions, and every non empire faction shares a border with 3 other factions. I feel like this similarity is purely for balance.
Well usually, there were distant relatives that could claim the throne, but sometimes civil war between lords broke out. So... almost like having 3 separate Empire factions because two of them don't acknowledge the last Emperors daughter as successor, I suppose.
Boy, do I have NEWS FOR YOU!!
Right, I get that is Calradian time, I mean politically and culturally in Europe, Bannerlord and Warband match up with these times based off history. If you look at this thing called The HISTOMAP you can see that in 1050AD the Kingdom of the Franks (Vlandia) had already split up to form the kingdoms that would become France and Normandy (Swadia) and The Holy Roman Empire (Rhodoks). But really take any culture from Europe circa 400AD to 1300AD and throw it into a hat, pull one out, and it fits into the games lore. The tech didn't change very much for some 1200 years or more.
I think Bannerlord is more of a 500-750AD rough time period with Warband being a 1100-1300 time period.
