This was a fantastic patch, it fixed every issue I ever experianced with WFaS. Multiplayer is now more fun than ever and I have never agreed with 100% of a multipler balance patch before for any game until now. Well done!

I'm unsure if this is a bug or not, but I ordered a masterwork double barreled pistol (can't remember the exact name) from the weapon master in Moscow. It was then sieged by kingdom of Sweden, after Sweden took the city (but before my order was completed) I went to check how many dayss were left and the weaponsmith is gone. I figured it was destroyed in the attack or something, does this mean my order is gone forever, or perhaps when the weaponsmith is rebuilt i'll recieve my unfinished order?

Some players like the idea of recorded stats, and quite a lot don't. Maybe a good compromise is needed, just add an option to remove yourself from having stats recorded? On just one particular server or for all of them?

I have tried xbows in first person and it completely messes up my aim, it feels like my bolts are leaving my characters mouth rather than his xbow. Also dieing in first person can be a bit disorienting.

A friends list would be useful, if only for seeing what server they're playing on and having the option to join from there.

I recently started using throwing weapons a lot. I have to say that as Nords playing a scout, going full throwing axes + shield is very effective. It has the power to murder horses/2h users like nothing else, you have a weapon for when caught in a melee, you are deadly at medium range, and you can pick up your/other players missed throws - all this makes up for the lack of accuracy.

Throwing weapons travel far slower than arrows, so you need to take care when facing a sidestepping opponent.

Better yet, you get a percentage.
You take 30% of an enemies hp, a 2h melee does 60%, random archer finishes him with a shot to the back 10% maybe with a small bonus for it being the killing blow. The money is divided accordingly.

Just something I noticed, but when a routed enemy reaches their destination they aren't added to the garrison or prisoners.
If added this might represent deserters returning to have a chance at rejoining the army (joining garrison) even at risk of severe punishment (imprisonment). Bandits/raiders/looters turning themselves in for a more lenient punishment (shorter time imprisoned or something).

Seems strange how they reach the destination and *poof* no longer exist.

In addition when I encountered this problem in 1.104 I was able to hand the quest in to any lord in my faction (I was at a feast), still got stuck in the conversation.

I have experienced this bug too, I retook Praven from the Nords on campaign as a mercenary and a few days later I got awarded it (and three villages) as fiefs.

In original M&B there was a quest you could get from a lord you had a high rep with, basically he told you he was bored and to go attack (three?) caravans of a random faction, after finishing the quest war auto begins. I'm not sure if that is still in warband, I haven't seen it.

Definately!
Spear users just need a few changes to make it easier to fight cavalry. It should still take skill to dehorse a rider, but cavalry just rolling over spearmen like they aren't even there is a bit...

A way to give melee factions a chance against heavy cavalry factions would be either adding an 'x' function to spears ( pressing x would jam them in the ground so any cavalry riding into it would be seriously injured/stop.) or when you have a spear chambered in the 'stab' position it will hurt any horse that rides into you.

After that's done all that's needed is a command to tell infantry to 'brace for charge' or something similar.

You aren't supposed to gain land as a mercenary, but you can be a mercenary and later become a vassal.
Myself, I was given Praven when I helped retake it as a mercenary, pretty sure that was a bug though.

I also gained 6 rtr when I got a message saying 'the commoners now think of King Harlaus as a coward after refusing to risk open war with the Nords after being provoked by acts of aggression.' Or something similar.
