  1. Flaming Sword

How about I take further action against you, and throw you into a burning lake of fire? What if I decide that your existence is a spam on my eye? Please cease telling me what I cannot do, otherwise I will take further action. Try me. The God Team.

    But... but Bannerlo..^#{[}-

Okay this seems good. It's nice to see that you still support Warband.
Will you continue to do stuff like this until Bannerlord?
This is a unique case. The textures weren't created from scratch but just brought in from files that we had during Warband's development.

We'll always support Warband, where it makes sense for us to do so.

I take it sense disappeared into Outer Space in regards to The Game mechanic being broken when the player reaches about level 20, or Day 400+, when you are finally getting good, broken, because no Lords can own any fiefs because of Treason, all getting cycled from Faction to Faction.

I mean, how can you let a ship sail so long when the mast is broken.

Did sense disappear for the last seven years that this has never been fixed?

Then you released it to Console, where you can get no Player Mods that fix it, that should not even be the players responsiblity to fix in the first place. This is bad. And your company has lost my respect.
  3. Siege Mechanics

The Siege mechanics issue is not so hard. Because there is really no extensive physics in it if it becomes just tricks for the eyes. The only physics is x,y,z of each original stone of castle, and xyz of final resting place of stone IF HitEnoughToFall[=each block of wall has invisible health]...
  4. Xbox Issues that have been noted

Display Issues - Main map castle/town garrison overlay will not fit on screen - requires an extra page   >> This is the overlay when you point over a town or castle. In particular when there is a siege battle, this is a problem, because with many prisoners one cannot determine who is in the...
  5. Discussion Thread: Gamescom 2017 Media

    Two criticisms/points from the media,

It is my solemn opinion, that the Arrows are flying too slow. Warband had it about right. --Point 1--.

I do not wish to be too 'picky' about everything, one can assume I like everything else.

Whilst I am commenting, I would like to also remark, that the Town Dog Barking in Warband was most irritating, because it was a 'yappy' dog. It was as if the game has copied my neigbours dog, that I find most annoying, and brought it into the game. This was to the point that my whole Town experience was ruined.

I realise this appears strange, but I am comparing the wonderful bird sounds I heard in this Media to this element of Warband, and it reminded me about this Yappy Dog, that I hope is not included in the Bannerlord.

Lastly, restraining myself from being too picky. > Point 2

It is also my opinion, that the shield wall broke too soon, breaking line to engage the enemy fractions before they hit, and a proper shield wall if programmed into the game, should not do this.
From watching the shield wall, on media, it should have held up better, rather than the 'seek and destroy' near targets that you can see happening as soon as the soldiers reach the wall.  If it is like the media showed, then one or two companions sent into the line can break it, and then followed with calvary after. A shield wall should not break to engage like the media showed, the shield wall on media turned into a dog's breakfast in a manner of few seconds after engagement. This should not be the case, albeit, it should break a little for realism if under intense pressure. It should hold and attack only those units directly in front, if attack at all. And one or two units break at random if engaged intensely head on to simulate realism of fear and morale. Of course this might be a programming challenge, but I cannot see why it cannot be done better.

This Shield wall action I am referring to is at approximately 8:40 to 8:50.
{which has been the only time I have seen the shield wall in employment]

    An aside:

Again since, I do not come here and post often, I shall add another issue on my mind and I apologise for adding it to this topic, but I am a busy man, and do not have the time to Plague this forum. That is, in Warband, the player is given favouritism for many things. This game should play as a realistic simulation I feel, and I believe the community seeks the same. One example, and there are many,  that annoyed me, {I have another topic about fiefs taken from landed lords and given to me as the new sworn vassal} was that as the 'favoured player' I was given the Prisoners of War, before even the Higher Lords and Kings in the same battle. Short of it is, please remove this player favouritism, because it taints the immersive simulated experience. In a true simulation, the King would take the Prisoners if involved in the same battle, not some ragtag recruit such as me. Again, I apologise for including my two warband criticisms along with this post, in forum etiquette, yet I am sure it is not a grand crime.
  6. Under the table shenanigans

I am to believe there are many "unrealistic" under the table "adjustments" going on in Warband, in order to make the player feel at "home". This does not make me feel at home. It annoys me. Like the King taking a Fief from a 300 renown Count, and giving it to me because I swore to him, and...
  7. 1/ Cattle Herding /2 Currency

Cattle Will I be able to Herd stolen cattle back to chosen villages to boost their prosperity? Back to my own Lorded Fief's? Besides the quests the cattle have little place to go. This cattle stealing shall be a valid option other than looting, to steal 'prosperity' from an enemy village to a...
