[Singleplayer] [UI] [Relations] - Add a tooltip on hover over relations for breakdown of that relation
The suggestion is to add on hover tooltip that will reveal what is influencing the player character relation to the given character/ clan. If the tooltip is not possible, maybe this breakdown can be located in the encyclopedia menu of the character or clan. I think this would greatly improve...
