At the beginning of the game every Looter/advanced barbarian unit are way faster than i am (even with nearly same army size). Is this how it suppose to work? There is no way i can buy horses so early in the game.

I got negative security bonus for garrison units, when the city/keep has a different culture than me. Is this how it suppose to work? I even tried to match the defending troops culture to the city culture with native governor.

After winning a battle agaisnt the enemy (looters, sturgians) the Horsemen doing this "cheer emote" nonstop. They are still chasing the enemy but do not attack it, even when they are within the melee range. Those rider who are not doing this emote can attack them without any problem.
